Pretty miserable experience... The lady at the front desk has always been moody and thats ok. It was tolerable... The icing on the cake was when Susan (the office manager I am guessing?) Told me that she was frustrated that all the patients always blame them for any issues with the pharmacy. She followed that up by telling me that I needed to find a new doctor then hung up on me. I was then called by one of the staff a couple hours later to let me know that I would need to schedule an appt. so that I could get my prescription refilled. That would have been great if Susan had not soured my opinion of the clinic. My family has been using this clinic for a few years... Seems to be very hit or miss. I guess it is time to find a new doctor.

Overall, the office is well kept, but the customer service and wait for an appointment is very unsatisfactory. I have been going to this practice for 3 years. It has been the same for every visit.

Great folks, great doctors, not sure why some folks had bad reviews. They are quick, friendly, encourage you to ask questions and take the time to explain everything.

I can truely say the doctors are great as for the office personal theyre young and can use some training but over all theyre are ok
