I was very disappointed with this clinic. I took my son here when he developed a crazy rash, it was over the weekend and his pediatrician was out. They were stumped as to what it was so they prescribed him antibiotics and steroids to clear it up. The rash got insanely worse the next day, I brought him in the next evening and asked them if it was hand, foot and mouth disease because it was all over his legs, hands and feet and sores in his mouth, a doctor and a nurse practitioner assured me it was a bacterial infection and he needed to stay on the medication. I was so frustrated because first of all there was an issue with my insurance and they didnt tell me and just charged me, then the staff assured me I wouldnt be charged for bringing my son back in within 48 hours yet I was. My husband and I got a bill for over $300 dollars even though we have heath insurance. On top of it all the diagnosis was completely wrong. I took him into his regular doctor first thing on Monday and IT WAS HAND FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE. I had to pay out of pocket for that doctors visit too plus all the medicine that was wrongly prescribed because there is no cure or treatment for hand, foot and mouth. We spend a ridiculous amount of money which could have been avoided if the medical staff wasnt completely incompetent. I will never bring my son back to this clinic ever again and hope the so called "doctors" go back to medical school and revisit the common diseases section of their text books. Oh and on a side note, the nurse didnt even know how to work an ear thermometer. Her exact words were "I dont know how to work this, I work at the hospital and we dont use these." Seriously lady? You put a plastic protector on the end, place gently in the childs ear and press a button. Im not kidding when I say a completely stupid staff.

I went here last weekend for what I suspected was a broken hand. The wait was under ten minutes and the staff was friendlier than any medical facility Ive ever been in. My problem lies with my lack of contact with my results. The physician decided after about a 45 minute wait with no results from the off site radiologist that I should go ahead and leave and theyd call me with the results since I had my 2 small babies with me. She splinted me up and sent me on my way with a breastfeeding friendly pain reliever RX. This was on Saturday. I returned home Sunday from out of town there and had to call on Monday since I still hadnt heard from them. When I talked to what Im assuming is the receptionist, she acted confused and why I didnt know the answer. She told me no one would have called me unless my results were different than what they were when I was there. I told her they never told me the results and thats the whole reason I was calling, obviously. Definitely couldnt have been the same one from when I was there. I was made to feel stupid and it ruined what would have been a 5 star experience. Still didnt get a 100% clear answer aside from the fact that my hand is indeed broken.

Prompt service, excellent and very knowledgeable staff. My husband, daughter and I came in to have my husband checked out with the chest pains he was having and since we were already there, they also said they would check our daughter whom started off as just simple allergies and progressed quickly and worse than ever before. Since she is still under 1 years old, there really isnt much you can give them and Sr Turchen was very much aware of this. He was very thorough with both my husband and my daughter and prescribed her an antibiotic and with my husband, they preformed a chest x-ray and took samples of his blood to make sure he did the have some type of infection, particularly they tested for MONO. We were there for a little under 2 hours but considering that Doc had 2 patients at the same time and one (our daughter) screaming her head off, I felt like he and his team were all very professional and understanding of her crying and they had us in and out with everything we needed for any future steps. I would definitely go back to them in the future and I recommend that you do as well. Thanks Again Urgent Clinics Medical!!!

I am a truck driver and I was feeling really, really sick, a few months back. I found this Urgent Clinic on google maps. So I went there and the receptionist told me that it will cost me $90 for consultation. At the consultation the doctor told me that they have to do two quick tests to find out if I have a Infection or a virus, and will cost me an additional $65. I paid for the Consultation plus the tests, and I followed my way. After a few weeks, they mailed me a $75 bill for the test strips, just like that... Be careful about this place they are NOT Honest!!! After you pay for everything they will send you a bill for something that they did not tell you about. And if you dont pay for it they will send you to a Collection Agency... This was my experience with them.

Where do I start, the urgent clinics medical care is awesome from the staff to the doctors they take there time to make sure you know your in great hands. Went in for a DOT physical and I always get nervous or white coat syndrome. The physician gave me time to get my BP down so I can get a two year certificate. From my experience with other physicians and other facilities they rush you in and out and dont care about this being your livelihood. Not the case here they work with you and give you time to relax which I am so greatful for. It was a quick visit in and out no wait which was great. And overall I was satisfied with my visit. Thanks again to the physician and staff you guys keep up the great work. 5 stars is not enough you guys need 10. Thanks again

Facility and staff were cordial and attentive. What lacked was when it was recommended to go to the hospital ER for further evaluation, the attendant asked if I wanted a copy of their test results to take with me. Of course I wanted the results, so that the ER would have some clue as to why I was there. Once I got to the ER, and handed over the results, they had tons of questions because the copy that was made was barely readable. Since their paperwork was telling me that it was a potentially life threatening situation, Its my belief that more attention to quality and detail of the results for me to use at the followup facility should have been much better.

easy parking, nice clean waiting area and the wait time for my visit was surprisingly short.. staff was friendly , helpful and professional. Dr did not load me up with a bunch of prescriptions , he seemed more interested in my current medications and drug interactions . Dr also gave a different treatment solution to infections from failed vein sticks at Tomball Hospital , which headed me in the right direction of natural healing. at the end of the exam , the nurse reviewed the results and recommendations and gave me a printout of the results of the visit. I would use their service again and would recommend to friends and family .
