It takes forever to be seen.. People coming and going before me when they came after me. You can hear everything going on. The fact that I heard the MA tell the PA I was next and she passed me up made me mad. I need a new doctor. 3 hours to be seen is too much. I should of went to LBJ . 03/19/2016 Well after trying to go back and thinking maybe this time I would get a different experience I was proven wrong. After being told about the review I wrote the assistant asked me if I was sure I would like to be seen? I said yes I was. After repeating what I wrote a few times she then asked again. Then I kindly declined. Some of the MAs are kind but other then that I will never go back as I am sure if I would they would bring this up too. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless you are willing to wait a long time and have no other choice. I am very big on customer service and it is clear not everyone at this clinic has it.

I can not say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU enough for being "knowledgeable" about my symptoms & suggesting an H.Pylori test! I had never even heard of this, but all of my symptoms pointed right to it. I just thought I had a really bad stomach bug & was in a lot of pain! I can also tell you that MOST, if not all, of the RediClinics, MediClinics, etc. do not do the test at all!! It is such a simple test too! I am on my 2nd week of the 2 week course of antibiotics and feeling soooooo much better! Also, the nurses and staff have always been polite and very friendly! If I could give this clinic "10" stars I would! Thank you again...

I am always seen quickly. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr. Susan is always very thorough and caring. Its also convenient to have the pharamcy located right next door so you can get your prescriptions filled right away. I have been going here for years and have referred several of my friends and family.

The nurses and staff were very helpful and friendly. It was a very clean and welcoming environment . Great diet plan programs for low costs. I would highly recommend this family owned clinic.
