I went to Calvary since I was 4 years old. Back then, this clinic provided excellent service, and such great care. Unfortunately, after all those years of wonderful medical care, this clinic has really gone down hill. I hadnt received any respect from the doctors, nurses, and staff. By that, I mean their waiting hours started getting way to long. The nurses are rude, and bossy, which aggravated me to start with. Not only that, theyve also hired new doctors, who were really mean, arrogant, manipulative, and very disrespectful. Especially that evil Dr. Falcon, who is absolutely the worst doctor I had ever seen. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was also very arrogant, manipulative, bossy, neurotic, and had a very negative attitude towards me. Every time Id visited her, I was in constant fear, because of her such sociopathic nature, and extremely poor bedside manners. Shed misdiagnosed me way to many times, by always finding something wrong with me, even though Im perfectly healthy and theres absolutely nothing wrong with me at all. Not only her, but even the rest of the doctors had misdiagnosed me way to many times as well. Most of the doctors had also attempted at finding things wrong with my body even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with my body at all. Not only that, even the staff treated me with really poor bedside manners as well. They couldnt even get good appointments for me anymore, and theyd just ignored my needs as well. It made me so disappointed that theyd hired doctors with absolutely very poor medical practices, and nurses without even proper medical training also. By that, theyd never done their jobs in a proper medical manner, and theyd never knew what they were doing most of the time. Poor medical terminology is what Im not gonna deal with anymore. Ive dealt with to much medical malpractices at this clinic and Ive had enough. Im done!!!! Im gonna see a real doctor, wholl properly treat me with the dignity and respect that a patient really needs for successful medical care.

CAN I GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 10????This place ugh, I dont even know where to start, I am almost 6 months pregnant and have not even seen my doctor, they gave me the run around, and when they finally decided to give me an ultrasound it was on an OUTDATED machine, the girl could barely tell what she was looking at much less tell me what I was having!! (and she was not able to tell me) I have been waiting for the results and no one will call me back, so I have to go in, when I do the front desk personnel just look at each other when I ask questions, no one knows anything, and there answer to everything is, someone will give you a call back, No One Ever Does!!!! I cannot complain about the doctor, because I havent seen him, but my complaint is about the service I have received, by the way, the Kingwood office from just walking in to make an appt, is very clean, but the Cleveland office is very dirty, their cloth covered chairs in the evaluation rooms are filthy!! And you want me to open up so you can check me out????? I dont think so!!! So take my advice, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. This was the absolute worst Drs office I have EVER been in. I needed just a general physical, and blood-work done, and talk about something that I was concerned about. My appt was at 2:15, I got there at 1:45, checked in. I had my vitals checked, and not even all them, and was put in a room about 2:30. I was told just a few minutes to be seen. I was NEVER seen! There were 3 patients that were seen in the room next to mine, and I was still waiting. When it reached 4pm , I was thoroughly pissed off at that point, so I just up and left. Never, even at the busiest Drs office, have I waited more than 30 minutes to just see the Dr. Not only that, the place stunk. The tiny room I was put in was drenched in lysol, so much I had to open the door to breathe!

Lies and OverCharged. My Wife and I scheduled an annual checkup with the doctor, Goin, Joseph E., MD. Our visit took 10 minutes total, no tests verbal or physical were done. We each had Rx to refill for our chronic conditions, no changes were made to the dosage. We were charged over $200 each for the 10 minute visit. The doctor even left the room to take a personal phone call from his wife and left us with the female doctor in training who was shadowing him. I called the billing department and was told that the act of refilling a prescription incurred a $200 additional charge that would not have existed if we did not get our Rx filled.

Waited 1hour and 45 min to be asked again all the questions you fill out on the 5 page check-in form. Then waited another 45 min to be taken to a room in the back. Then waited another 30 min for the doctor to come in talk to us for 5 min about how our baby looks like a baby, right before being slapped with a 250 dollar bill and a "have a nice day". I can deal with the shady look of the establishment even the prissy attitude of the receptionist but to call yourself a professional and let a patient wait near 3 hours for a "have a nice day" is far from acceptable. I will gladly drive to Houston to see a real doctor.

Dr. Paula G Cross-Shokes had me get an UltraSound and then an MRI which cost me about $750 out-of-pocket. I waited 14 days for the results and had called for 3 days in a row with no response. Final response was that there was nothing wrong which came from her nurse, however, I was never asked if my stomach pain ever subsided or went away which, to me, could be something worse that still exist. I went to another Doctor in Kingwood with a copy of the MRI results I received from MemorialHermann and was sent for further testing. This is either poor service or malpractice.

I liked nothing about this place, I am a 100% disabled veteran, and because I looked young, I guess the medical issues I suffer from, shouldnt exist, wish someone told me that was the case, waited almost 2 hrs to be seen, just to be talked down to like an idiot, until I told Ole Dr falcon to eat it, horrible place, I didnt know it was possible, but worse than the VA hospital. Good if you got medicare , or if youre an undocumented immigrant, guess coming here illegally gives you priority over U.S tax payers, good job America, way to continually self implode.

I have a daughter who has a rare spinal condition. We are so glad to find Dr. Elziam who had previous experience with such condition as there were not many doctors who know about it. She also kept good contact with my daughters Urologist so that testing on my daughter would be done correctly. I also took my son to Dr. Goin who is in the facility and he was very professional and informative. So far I can say the have really good pediatricians.

I was recommended here by an urgent care that stated it was a great place, they were wrong- I had Xrays in a disk, they did not have the capability to open the disk this location told me I had to get a second set to confirm, bones dont change so unsure what they wanted to confirm, I spoke with a Lynn, horrible person,and customer service they lost my business before they even got it!! hopefully some one else has a better experience
