Went in for a stubborn sinus issue. Treatment was quick. Friendly staff. I read a previous review of someone complaining that they didnt want to treat him bc of his very high blood pressure. He ended up going to an ER instead. Not sure why hes complaining. Extremely elevated BP is not an issue for urgent care clinics. It was absolutely the right call to send him to an ER. An ER is better equipped to deal with someone close to stroking out, as he states he was. Had he gone to his "real doctor," as he put it, they would have called an ambulance when they saw his BP. He also said urgent care said he had an upper respiratory infection but the ER "also diagnosed him with acute bronchitis." Again, Im confused by his complaint. He said "also," not "instead of." If he were a medical professional, hed know bronchitis and a URI go HAND IN HAND. Anyhoo, just had to defend the urgent care clinic a little from the point of a healthcare professional. Clients have to be aware that different healthcare settings are meant to serve different purposes and treat different levels of acuity. These guys and gals are a great medical resource to the League City community.

Well what can I say... I was pretty ill. Like most men, I decided I could tough it out. Come thanksgiving, my family strong arms me into going to an urgent care. We get there late, about 830. The sign says they close at 9 pm. But guess what? They were closing early at 830. They begrudgingly kept their doors open and took me in. They take my blood pressure, and it turns out they wont treat me because my blood pressure was really high. We go to Bay Are Regional ER and within 10 minutes, apparently my blood pressure was borderline having a stroke to normal. We were positive they were just trying to get out of there and didnt want to treat a last minute patient . From now on, Ill go see a real doctor... Not a doc in a box. Also, next morning and I feel half as better compared to yesterday, seriously doubt this place could have given me those results... Diagnosed with acute bronchitis also, this urgent care team kept saying I had an Upper Respiratory Infection.

I had an excellent experience with Urgent Care Clinics Medical Care in League City! I was in town for the long weekend, visiting family so I was not familiar with clinics in the area. When I suspected my 11 month old son had an ear infection, I wanted to get it checked out right away. I found this clinic through my insurance provider and took my son on the morning of July 4th. Even though it was a holiday, the staff was so friendly and helpful! The receptionist was so sweet and I only waited as long as it took me to fill out the paperwork. As soon as we got back to the exam room, we were greeted by a friendly nurse and a knowledgeable PA. They were quick and gentle with my son. In all, I think we spent less than 20 minutes at the clinic. You cant ask for a better experience from an urgent care clinic!

Was in and out pretty quick. I went in with a possible fractured or severely sprained ankle. I was asked to get up several times for paperwork and for insurance card & license. Each time, I had a hard time getting to and from the counter. I went back to see the Dr. Was then told to go to X-ray, and it wasnt until I was walking out to leave, that I was asked if I wanted a wheelchair. Had I been working there, regardless of the age of the patience, if you see someone struggling to walk, offer assistance. Other than that, nice people, and quick service. I would go back, just know I need help if I am ever injured in this manner again, as you wont get it there.

Great customer service at this clinic! I highly recommend it! There was absolutely no wait and I was able to get an x-ray on my ankle and was in and out within 30 minutes! There was very limited upfront paperwork and a very quick check-out process. Both the medical staff and the person working the desk were great...they were kind, empathetic and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about my medical condition and had good suggestions on how to treat my injury. They used technology well to keep things efficient and simple. I definitely plan to use this clinic again in the future if needed!

I have been to this clinic several times before and have never had to sit in waiting room over 30 minutes but since the usual guy was not there the wait was longer than normal other than that the nurse and the PA were very nice and accommodating and did everything they could to make me feel better and comfortable I will definitely go back and I do highly recommend this Urgent care clinic would give 5 stars but the waiting room wait was extremely long and there were only 3 patients ahead of me the wait was an hour and 20 minutes usually its 30 minutes tops with 3 patients ahead of me

Absolutely avoid this urgent care. I visited for a sinus infection in late August 2016. Paid my copay and received ONE bill for remaining balance. I mailed in a check for the payment and never saw another bill. Well today (1/9/17) I received a letter from a collections agency. Come to find out looking through our account the check never was processed. Yes, my fault for not verifying, but really upset that I was turned over to collections in 4 months for $100 when I never even received another bill! If you go here I would pay in full up front so they dont screw you over too!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. I went there for the first time this morning, was greeted warmly upon arrival, had almost no wait before going back to be seen by the doctor, and was attended to promptly once taken back. The facility is extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I had positive and friendly interactions from the receptionist, the nurse, and the doctor. I also love that they are open until 9:00 seven days a week. I would highly recommend this facility and will use them again myself when needed.

My husband went here because he had a bad cold and he works 7 days a week. He was with the nurse practitioner for about 10-12 minutes. She gave him amoxil for TEN weeks and 2x per day. Never heard of a 10 wk supply given WITH A REFILL!!!! Charged him over$400!!!!!!! for that visit. The emergency room at the hospital would have cost less since our insurance comp refuse to pay this outrageous amt! Dont go to these urgent care clinics. And I noticed that there are no walk in clinics around League City/Kemah.

My entire family has been to Urgent Cared at one time or another over the last couple of years. Dr. Wallace and his staff are always very personable and friendly. Very knowledgeable and treats you with professionalism. Dr. Wallace has a kindness and sincerity about him. He and his staff really care about people and are dedicated to their work. I actually prefer going to see Dr. Wallace rather than my own primary care. Thank you Dr. Wallace for everything. Have a Blessed day!
