Im relatively new to Houston so I didnt have a primary care doctor when I got sick. I walked into 2 different clinics who rejected me because they didnt want to take new patients/walk-ins and I called around to maybe 3 more who didnt answer. I was sick, frustrated, and really miserable by the time I called Padilla Med Clinic. Luckily, they told me to go on in right away. Parking is pretty bad. Get ready to walk 2 blocks like I did and the clinic itself is pretty crowded in the waiting room and in the back while being seen. But I was seen relatively quickly (once my insurance was cleared) and Carla Garza, was just sensational. She listened, asked questions and addressed all my concerns with the sickness and meds she prescribed. I felt like she cared. I got a shot and was tearing up pretty bad as I was leaving the office(it really hurt). The nursing staff all asked if I was okay and were still checking on me as I was checking out. They went above and beyond what I expected from a random clinic that I ended up at today. I would def go back to this clinic again.

Been visiting this office since I was a kid. I wish they could be my regular doctor, but I live far from them now. However, I still go in as Ive had difficulty finding a regular office that treats me as well as they do here, and where the doctors actually listen to you, like they do here. Dr Moulder is the best. But yeah.. People let their kids run all over the place, but I dont blame the Drs office, thats the parents fault.

I actually went to this location a couple of months back. I dont generally maintain a general practitioner doctor since I dont get sick often, maybe once a year. I liked that they quickly had me in and out, were affordable and the pharmacy was located right in the office. I got better in about 2 days and will be returning in the future.

Horrible. Kids (sick) running around screaming everywhere, average wait time was at least 45 minutes (why make appointments??). No sense of customer service from the staff at all. Go someplace else, trust me
