Will never come back for a DOT physical. After waiting 2 1/2 hours to get in, the doctor (who wouldnt listen to a thing my husband had to say) said my husband needed a sleep study "which is federal law". It is NOT and never has been law to get a sleep study. It was a proposed law 9 years ago which to this date has never passed. In fact, about a week ago the law has been withdrawn AGAIN since they do not have enough research to prove it needs to be a law. The paper they gave him showed that after taking a sleep study, they would give him a 90 day physical until his results came back, which was INCORRECT. So the Conroe office put him (and me, were team drivers) out of work for 3 months, everyone in there (including their paperwork) states different rules which no one can agree on, and when trying to understand what needed to be done, was implied that we were 1. Stupid 2. Lying about the paper THEY gave us with THEIR name on it 3. Treated very rudely. After going to another doctor (who actually LISTENED) somewhere else and explaining the situation he was deemed not a safety hazard and given a 3 month physical pending the sleep study results (which unofficially he has passed with no episodes, imagine that). Have been to other NOVA locations in the past and never had this problem.

I have had two Exam/consult visits with Dr Speck in the past two weeks, a slew of X-rays of my Lumbar and cervical area which he showed me every one and elaborated on points of interest. I had six PT visits and several more scheduled. The 1st visit I had the impression they didnt care too much about me but I was competing with a waiting room full of people. I had to remember that I was a walk-in, no appointment my 1st visit. Now the day before my appointment I receive a text AND a telephone call reminding me. After my initial appointment Ive been seen by my PT Dr or Dr Speck within minutes of my arival at every visit. Even though Im a Workmans Comp patient I feel Im getting the best of care!

Went in for a work related injury very frustrated with my job (had a lot of issues with workers comp) and they just made everything so easy ! I love how they did a pregnancy test before X-rays to be safe. The wait time was longer than if Id had an appointment, but not very long at all for urgent care and the amount of people that were in that day. I ended up having to do physical therapy there three times a week for two weeks. The PT staff was very nice and the wait time was nonexistent. Overall the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Nove to anyone and it would also be my first choice for urgent care in the future.

I am at Nova right now. Im here to take a drug test for a new job. I have been waiting for almost a hour now and all I need to do is pee in a cup. This is so stupid. There are a lot of people waiting and it looks like many of them are here to take a pre employment drug test as well. Why would the make us wait? We dont need to see a Dr or anything. Just give me the cup. Plus I made sure I would need to go when I got here so now I have been holding it for over an hour. If you have a chose dont come here.

This clinic is terrible , they couldnt find my veins when attempting to draw blood after I waited an hour to be seen for my physical so they kept digging around in my arms when I told them I was about to pass out . I was sweating and blacking out and they wouldnt stop . Didnt offer me water I had to ask for it. The doctor was very rude and asked personal questions unrelated to the physical and made crude unnecessary "jokes ". Terrible terrible clinic.

What is so hard about giving a drug test? Why have I been here for 2 hours and not even been seen? All I have to do is have an U.A. done. Makes no sense to have people wait so long. Oh wait now they are telling me they havent received the paperwork from the employer. Takes 2 hours to say that? Couldve told me first thing and I couldve had it faxed right off. This place is a joke!

i waited here for 4 hours to do a simple drug test... a highschool nurse can have 10 kids in and out in less than 30 minutes. this place is a joke and needs to be shut down. they obviously have no clue what they are doing. I would be willing to bet that the doctors here got their degrees from one of those $20 instant diploma websites

I was taking a drug test not long ago for my new job.One of the doctors told me they have to do some test and scans and that it was going to take 15 to 20 minus 1hr 35minus later im still wating to release after that i was released...just for the record some of the doctors jokes arent funny at all !!

I had a workplace accident where I ended up with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 5% of my body. I was treated here and, while excruciating, the care I received was great. Between their direct care and the instructions I was given for wound care o made a full recovery. Great place and people.

Very professional, conveniently located office. I was here for an employment drug test and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was exactly the experience one would hope for.

Went in for a PPE, everyone was friendly and professional. There was a little bit of a wait since they are a walk-in facility. Overall the service was great and the facility was very clean.

Way friendlier than 45 northfwy ..very professional very clean also.. will never try to go to nova on 45 Fwy I will deny it again 3 hours a person should not have
