Too Mandi, saying me & my daughter are scoping out script doctors. You ignorant person!!! Is that why you went there??? And just because she was on the news doesnt mean anything!! You werent there & dont know anything!! My experience is just that, MINE!! And I will write what I want in my review! You notice she didnt deny anything I said so mind your business stupid girl!! And last but not least, sure seems kinda funny that all the reviews after mine were done at the same time as mine, nothing new since. She does not treat people with respect! I was listening to her "lecture" over not losing any weight after my first & only visit, holding my tongue the whole time, and while she was promising me she would not help me any more, my phone happened to ring & she said I could not answer it! I am a grown woman who runs my own business out of my home & must answer all phone calls. I informed her that I was going to answer & she stormed out of the room & cancelled my appt. She had NO one in the waiting room but she couldnt even give me 1 minute to take care of my business!! I chose to come to you Melissa, you did not choose me!!! I will find somewhere else to go & you can just stare at your EMPTY waiting room!!! You DO NOT treat adults like 5 yr olds!!! Not all of us will take it!! Also, maybe you should inform your patients of their progress or lack of BEFORE you start your lectures!! You just opened the door & started talking down to me & I didnt even know if I had lost, gained, or stayed even with my weight. But the appt was ruined from the time you opened the door & opened your mouth! When you talk to adults like that, you get the kind of reaction you got from me. Luckily my daughter was with me & did most of the talking for me at the time, that was because she knows me too well & knows that I was trying my best to keep my mouth shut & get out of there without any problems!! I tried Melissa, but you would not shut your mouth!! I am not a child & you will not EVER talk to me like that!! Also, patients have names, I am not your sweetie or honey!!

I have medical ins and been going to Melissa for over 2 years. I have not seen my family doctor that I have had for 15 years. I feel so comfortable with going to Melissa from day 1. She was referred to me by my son-in-law. Thank goodness I started seeing her. Shes helped me with my wacky blood pressure, weight lose, sinuses, allergies. Praise G-d I Im off my blood pressure pills. And the way that happens is to follow her advice. Oh I have been losing weight, working, out, and eating right as directed by Melissa. I carry Express Family Clinic Business cards because when a friend is sick and doesnt have ins, a lot of money , or just need a better medical place to go I always refer them. And guess what they all have gone to her and still go. about 2 months ago I had an emergency of course it was after hours at Express Family so I went to 1st Choice on 2920, they needed some info and 1 of the questions was who is my family doctor ( knowing Melissa is an Nurse practitioner) I said Melissa. Well that was then a 15 minute conversation about her, and her clinic. The doctor and nurses know her and hear about her clinic from other patients. She is very respected, loved, and they care about how shes doing, and her clinic. The dr stated that he has no ideal how she does it, but she does. Everybody loves her and her wonderful staff. OH and her prices. Im a lifer, my husband , mom, dad, daughter, son-in-law, and my grandbabies . I hope this made sense and is helpful to make your decision on Express Family Clinic . Thanks Melissa and staff for being a caring clinic that makes me feel as a person and not a $$$$$$.

If I could leave a ZERO I would. I am attempting to calm myself as I write this review. My grandson, who is 16 months old woke up with a cut on his toe that looked swollen and possibly infected. My son immediately took him to see Melissa. After waiting for about an hour and 1/2 to be seen she said it was a bit infected and she could either lance it or give him some cream. She used a needle to lanced it and gave him some antibiotics said to not wrap it and not bath for a day he will be fine sent them on their way. The next day it looked worse, that night worse. He took him to First Choice Urgent Care, they wanted $950.00, which was too much so he was going to go somewhere else, until they saw it. They immediately decided to see him for free it was so bad. They said no way she should have used a needle on it, the infection needed to be cut out, it was ALL still there and the antibiotic she gave him wouldnt not have killed ANYTHING the doctor said! She could have killed him and they have YET to call us back. If you care about your life STAY AWAY from this Nurse Practitioner!

The worst front desk help. I go through issues every time with refills. They say they never receive the request from the pharmacy but the pharmacy always sends the request over. I always have to call the doctors office and they say to call the pharmacy then I have to call Express Family Clinic back and tell them the request was sent to the correct fax. Big headache every single time. After going there since they first opened I am locating a new doctor. A place that gave special attention to their patients when they first opened is now a patient assembly line. I had been seen by different nurse practitioners as before when I had one that new me and my medical history. When you see different nurse practitioners all the time and have to go over your history every single time, gets old. Over the last couple of years they just went south. At first I always referred Express but after a few years with the changes, I stopped telling people about them. If your looking for a temporary place maybe it would be okay but for long term care, I do not recommend Express Family Clinic.
