Let me start off by saying Nurse Vivian is an amazing person ever! Shes very caring, gentle, warm heart person ever! She makes your treatment process very comfortable, I love her good vibes and the atmosphere! She talks to you in full detail in what to expect and etc... I been coming here for hair laser removal for almost a year and I love the results! I honestly did not care so much of Dr. Bock to be quite honest, hes very dull and unfriendly, but on the other hand his staff is very nice and friendly. They call before your appointment to confirm the appointment which is a great friendly reminder. The facility is very nice and clean. I would highly recommend any hair laser treatment with Nurse Vivian!
