Nope! The only reason I give this place 1 star is because I have brought my child, a chihuahua mix puppy (almost 9 months) to this vet because we believed there was something in his stomach and lost $300 we wouldve lost almost $1,500 for an unnecessary surgery! What we believed proved to be false and something very worse and fatal the contagious and lethal virus, parvovirus. I cant believe they didnt notice and checked throughly for theirselves but another vet did and at an affordable price too! Now my child is up and running how he used to be when the odds were against him and this place deserves no thanks. What I only like about this place is how the people treats us but besides that nope.

I would not recommend this pet hospital to anyone. My dog was visibly ill and her care required me to come out of the pocket over $1800 BEFORE they could help her. I had to pay $82 for them to tell me what I already knew. My Yorkie died due to their selfishness.. I couldnt set up a payment plan or anything.. WHO just has that type of money straight out the gate?? I wouldnt recommend that hospital to ANYONE.. go somewhere else.

If it wasnt for our precious sick kitty one night, we would never have discovered this gem of a place. Dr. Bain and Dr. Jennings are amazing, along with their staff. They are patient, they are kind and take their time explaining everything theyre doing and why. They truly care about your pet as if it were their own. My furbutts will now be coming to Union City Veterinary Medical Center for their care.

We love Union City Veterinary Medical Center. Our dog, Otis, has been a client since he was a baby. Its been 10 years since his first visit, and we are still pleased with the quality service and family-friendly atmosphere. Otis loves going for regular visits and boarding, and we love knowing Otis is in good hands. We recommend this place to anyone who loves their dog as much as we love ours.

After speaking to the Vet, (due to a follow up call) we realized that one of the techs did NOT provide me discharge instructions when i picked my dog up after his surgery. The situation was immediately rectified to satisfaction! I got all my questions and concerns answered, and my boy is doing well! I also have a follow up plan! Believe it or not, I am happy about spending $800. ☺

They were extremely helpful when we had an urgent medical issue that needed attention. The veterinarian was very gentle and clearly cared about our baby, and took the time to explain everything so we knew exactly what was going on and what we should expect. A full recovery was made and they definitely had a hand in both that and restoring our peace of mind.

We recently moved to the area and this vet was recommended to us by previous homeowners. We could not have had a better experience. The staff is kind and considerate. The vet took her time with our kittys exam and spoke candidly and respectfully with us about treatment options. We will be using this vet exclusively for all future pet needs.

Ive been taking my chihuahua to this location since she was a puppy. The doctors are very patient and caring. I pay a little more than a mobile clinic but the extra care and attention is worth the extra money. Very conviently located. Clean office and supplies always on hand. I highly recommend it.

I was very pleased with the service provided by union city vet. My beloved dog coco became very ill and unfortunately I had to make the hardest decision of my life to put her to sleep. The staff at union city vet made this difficult time a little more comfortable with their curtesy and compassion.

horrible! I felt like the doctor was talking and looking at me like i was crazy! i felt uncomfortable! My German shepherd dog died waiting on the Doctor apt, they were aware that i was in need of emergency care and they booked my appointment for the next day and my dog died that night :(((

The people are great here. Youre always greeted warmly and Ive never had to wait long for service. The vets are fantastic and have a very caring manner. I would encourage everyone to give Union City Veterinary Medical Center & Emergency Clinic a try with their pet!

I am not sure how they can consider themselves an emergency practice! The most unprofessional and unskilled vet practice I have ever been to. Save your pet from bad veterinary medicine and yourself the money and go somewhere else!
