Mason animal hospital saved my dogs life! I was not a regular patient of this hospital, had never been there before. I rushed my dog in one morning with severe symptoms, not only did the staff not turn me away as a new patient, at no point did anybody look down on me, behave condescendingly, every single member of the staff that I met and dealt with was fantastic! Especially Monica and Dr. Kelly. They took excellent care of my dog, were kind and helpful and easy to deal with, they performed a life-saving surgery on my dog with excellent skill and great after care, this is a vet I would recommend to anybody! They made me feel more at ease than any other vet I have ever been to. Thank you Mason animal hospital! From me and my sweet Ursa

This is one of the best vets in Cincinnati. Knowledgeable, understanding and great customer service. Carla at the front desk always takes care of me, even when my pets arent a patient anymore! My vet in Hyde Park was out of the medication I needed, so I called Mason on a long shot. They had what I needed and were willing to put the powder into capsules for me to get me through until I could get it shipped from a compounding pharmacy. The Mason Animal Hospital rocks!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Sagel, what a gem. She was so warm and welcoming and made me feel as though we had been friends for years. She was very kind and took time to answer all my questions about being a new mom to a puppy. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Thanks Dr. Sagel you are awesome!

Most of the staff is extremely friendly, patient, and eager to help in any way. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is one doctor with the complete opposite approach. We plan to continue using this practice happily, but making sure we avoid the single unfavorable doctor (they have accommodated this request graciously so far).

Always bring my Basenji babe Allie here, and shes very timid/untrusting of strangers; that being said, they always make sure that she feels calm, compliant, and take great care of her everytime. Very sanitary, extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend this location for your own beloved fur friends!

We recently became new clients when our puppy, Charlie, needed emergency surgery. We couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Erin Kelly, whom preformed the surgery after hours and showed great empathy to our poor pup and our desperate situation. Charlie is all better and we will be clients for life!
