I found that Dr. Custis and staff not only knowledgeable but understanding, not at all dismissive, best of all he took NOTHING for granted, walking me through even the most basic way to administer the at home care part of getting my animals to their best of health, the Dr. and staff honestly care, are are compassionate and friendly - a place I am happy to be able to trust the health of my furkids recovery and future health. I have never been told to call to inform the doctor in a few days of their progress ~ how refreshing! Thanks guys, I am SO relieved!

I have been going to Doc Custis for 20 years. Over the years he and his staff have cared for many pets of mine, and I wouldnt have it any other way. I trust him totally - he is always honest and up front with whats going on with my pets. Sometimes he has to give bad news - but I have seen this man tear up with us after we have exhausted everything and had to make tough decisions. I wouldnt take my pets to anyone else.

Awful! Antiquated facility from the receptionist on up. Ridiculous wait times every time I went in a dark, crowded waiting room that only increased my dogs nervousness. Front desk is understaffed and rude. Old school doc who constantly recommended bizarre, unnecessary procedures. We will never go back.

We have seen both Dr.Custis and Dr. Moore at this location, and they are both wonderful! They are thorough in their examinations, they give you all of your options and are very understanding when you say you are on a budget. They have always helped keep our furbabies healthy!

Dr. Custis had been my vet through 13 years with my Golden. Although I moved out of state, I knew that if I ever came home I would return to his office with my pets. I am home now-- my Golden puppies are destined to be acquainted with their new friend, Dr. Custis.

this is a great place to take your pet. i lost my beloved cat a few weeks ago, and these folks sent me a card signed by all the workers. very thoughtful, and kind. i thank them, as i loved that old alley cat.

This place is great! From Sara and ladies at the front counter to Dr Moore. Very professional, caring and down to earth. And they dont push unnecessary shots or services.
