Outstanding! Life-Saving (literally)! Phenomenal Practice, Knowledge, Customer Service AND Care!!!! Where do I begin? Simply put: If *you* need/want a vet, North Haledon Veterinary Care is THE vet to choose. I have been taking my babies (4 dogs [pittbulls at that - when others wouldnt] altogether) to see Dr. Mansfield since circa 2010 for ALL reasons - health & wellness to extreme life or death emergency. We have also seen Dr. Schneck. Honestly, this practice as a whole is AMAZING! I cant say enough how much I love them. Most important reason is my dogs (yes, plural) have been saved by Dr. Mansfield more than once! : First time, puppy w/ parvo, he saved her life and shes now 6 and happy as anything (thank you!). Another time my female needed emergency surgery, they were there to accommodate, perform and heal my dog. Most recently, yesterday , I had my new puppy, who is 10wks old, in there b/c of bloody stool. Apollo received a thorough exam, testing & diagnosis (ciccidia). I was given antibiotics, the, parasite/symptoms/complications and recovery were discussed and explained in detail. Once again, as always, I left much more at ease and beyond satisfied. I cant say enough about them. What I love most is their reasonable prices -- especially for the location! PLEASE , CHECK THEM OUT! Dr. Mansfield , thank you for continuously helping my babies & I and Dr. Schneck, thank you for doing the same when you treated that crazy rash Hov got that wouldnt go away. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! My only complaint is that I cant use them as my Physician.

Not a friendly place. The male receptionist is the worst person to deal with and should not be in a customer service position at all. I understand its a business, but they do not really care about your pet, only the money. I dropped by today to update them with paperwork from an emergency visit at Oradell over the weekend, and to ask if I could speak with Doctor Mansfield, for 5 minutes, but the receptionist very nastily told me "No" they are very busy, even though I saw the doctor sitting at his computer. I just wanted to make sure with a 5 minute conversation, that the emergency Vet prescribed the correct medication, but this mean receptionist told me to have a nice day. Par for the course with this guy as its not the first time hes been uncourteous, uncaring and extremely rude. Dr. Mansfield is a nice guy, but this receptionist is not worth the time and money. I hope Dr. Mansfield knows how he treats his customers. Never going here again and I would recommend you do not go there too!

I always recommend North Haledon Veterinary Care to anyone in the area with pets because Ive been consistently impressed with their level of professional, compassionate care backed up by friendly and flexible customer service. The rates are very reasonable for the routine care that Ive brought my dog there for. They have a comprehensive facility and knowledgeable staff that will put you at ease. If youre within range, dont even think twice, head straight for NHVC.

Easy location to get to..Great staff and Vets. All very warm and friendly and are great with my animals. I have two cats and two dogs and never had a problem. Reasonable pricing. :) I have never had a problem with this Vet office...I highly recomended this office to everyone.
