All they care about is money they billed without consent before my dogs surgery then after her surgery they left me hanging high and dry ignoring my calls for a week while my dog got sicker and sicker vomiting herself near to death, they finally take notice when I made arrangements with an outside vet for an appointment and asked for the records their vet tech Amy Generaux took it upon herself to insinuate herself into the situation and scare off the outside vet and go as far as to come into my home under the guise of claiming she wanted to adopt my very sick dog and give her medical treatment which of course I was denied at Winslow animal hospital and outside because of their interference, when I had no where to take her because they scared everyone off my dog was so sick at this point they offered me no help only to put her to sleep she was vomiting upwards of 20 times daily and this was after surgery, how to you operate on a dog allow the dog to get sicker and sicker refuse to return calls and pleas for help until I try to go somewhere else allow your techs to interfere in all facets of trying to get care even to the point of forcing you into thinking you should give away your dog because your never going to get her treatment with no where to turn. It was all a cover up for their unprofessional, inexperienced, inept, over billing covering their own butts the only choice they gave me at the end was we will put her to sleep. a dog that was not even a year old, we had a extremely playful exuberant puppy until they operated on her then we have a dying dog explain that? They never once apologized or offered to take off the charges from my sons credit cards and DR. coudrai continues to harass and bully me with callls and letters. My dog was put to sleep on June 4, 2014 if you want to keep your pets alive stay away from Winslow animal hopsital DR. Phillipe Coudrai, Amy generax and DR. Coleman you will have a dead dog before you turn around within weeks without one apology all I have is overpriced bills, anxiety, depression and a never ending grieving process because they won;t leave me alone. They don;t care about you or your pets, it is all about money and covering their own asses. Cover-ups and lies. If they did nothing wrong then why from the beginning didnt they return phone calls and get my dog in right away and care for her. Why send a vet tech to try and take my dog from me, why stop me from seeking outside help for her, why only offer me death for my young dog? They are so F..ked up. You risk death of your pets, greed and heartbreak if you step one foot into their facility. You will experience a lifetime of regret and hell that you can never escape and have nothing but a box of ashes and pictures. They have pushed me into such anxiety and depression I have had to seek professional help to deal with the grief. They have broken my family. Mentally and financially without a thought or care in the world heartless bastards murderers..

First let me start off by saying I have never written a bad review. Honestly everyone makes mistakes we are only human. I have been going to this vet for approximately 10 years. Since before they moved and they were in that tiny house. They were never perfect, but hey who is. Well I dont know if its because they are bigger or have new people but the service and respect you get there is "zero". I have never been so upset at a situation then what happened to me with trying to get a simple nail trim for my fur baby. Long story short, first time went, couldnt do it my dog was too stressed out and wouldnt let them, ok no big deal. They gave me a tranquilizer and rescheduled. Took my baby a second time, still no go, the pill wasnt enough to. They advised me to give him 2 different pills and reschedule on a day when the surgical staff was there so if they still couldnt do it they would give him a shot and put him under at that time. Sure no problem, schedule for a date and time and had to take a day off of work, but anything for your pet. Go to my THIRD appointment, the 2 pills seem to have no affect but they take him back to see if they can attempt to trim his nails, out the door and 1 minute later techs come back in and say its a no go. Then they proceed to tell me the next available date to put him under to trim his nails is next week. Hold up, wait, you want me to come back a FOURTH time, take another day off work. No you said it would be done this visit. The very miserable unhelpful tech said no we are fully booked. I advised we were informed to schedule it so the surgical staff was available, miserable tech advises nope have to schedule another date. Um, no. . . Leave there drive to Berlin to a new vet and what do you know my fur baby gets his nails trimmed in under 5 mins without anesthesia and the women were so wonderful at the BERLIN ANIMAL CLINIC. Winslow is just in it for the money. Sorry not sorry. Shame on you Winslow. Maybe if you admitted there was a mistake I could have handled it better but the tech was just rude and miserable. Lost a patient and would never recommend to anyone.

Impressed would be an understatement. I found Winslow Animal Hospital through word of mouth. I was in complete despair and unsure where to turn to help my dog Daisy. In Mid July Daisy had spinal surgery at UPenn. She was given a 50/50 chance to walk again. At her follow up August 1, I was told her chances dropped to 20% and the neuro surgeon felt strongly that she would not walk again since there was no improvement at all. I knew surgery was no guaranteed but at the very least would take the pain she was in away! I was fully willing to accept my pup being a paraplegic and getting fitted for a cart. That was until I met Dr. Hinze and started acupuncture. Within 2 weeks she was getting some feeling and tail wags! Then we added in laser therapy with Linda Franzini and with the combination, Daisy was not only standing, but walking!!! And now running again!!!! We just started to incorporate the water treadmill today and shes doing so well. I cant believe how far she has come, and I owe it to these 2 women! They treat her like shes part of their family as well. All of the staff is incredible and friendly and its like going to "Cheers" everyone knows Daisy! They gave Daisy her legs back, and me my best friend.

My pups have been patients at WAH for just over 3 years now. The level of service and expertise at this vet is the best Ive ever received for my pets. Dr. Levie is amazing with our dogs - shes insightful and pretty obviously cares about their health. Where Ive run into vets before that treat my animals like theyre just another appointment, Dr. Levie quite obviously is interested in their well-being and certainly goes out of her way to spend enough time with us that shes sure she understands exactly where we are with our pets health. Ive also heard Dr. Coudrais name over and over again locally when people are talking about the great Ortho vets in the area. I own and work with working GSDs, and having someone to turn to when there are any questions about joints and bones is a priceless commodity. I consider myself extremely lucky to have the two of them in the same practice. The support staff at WAH is also excellent and has been compassionate, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this vet hospital to any animal - from family pets to working dogs. Theyre pretty incredible.
