Everyone on the staff has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for my cat Sara, who is in kidney failure. Due to the nature of the disease, extra lab tests need to be performed, multiple medications need to be prescribed and administered, special food needs to be ordered, and an occasional unplanned sick visit needs to be scheduled. Saras examinations are always comprehensive. I am permitted to be with Sara while bloodwork is being drawn. I am contacted timely when lab results arrive so that I can learn how her disease has progressed and what treatment plan is best. When Sara has a hiccup in her health that has caused her to stop eating or to become lethargic, I receive several follow-up phone calls so they can learn how she is doing. My prescriptions are re-filled timely, and prescriptions have been sent to other pharmacies so I can obtain meds that arent available through the hospital. The hospital has allowed me to ship mail order meds to them because I wouldnt be home when the delivery has been anticipated. Ive had techicians contact me while they are on their personal time to learn how Sara is doing. The client care staff ALWAYS treats me with respect when I call, and I need to call often so that I can have prescriptions re-filled, to order food, and to schedule appointments. The technicians and client care staff call me to let me know when meds are ready to pick up, and when Saras food has been delivered. I also need to have insurance forms signed so I can get reimbursed for some of Saras vet bills, and the client care staff ensures delivery of these forms to the vets for their signatures, calls me when theyve been signed, and then faxes them to the insurance company for me. Saras needs have me visiting this facility as often as 10 times per month, and calling them almost as often. This staff could easily roll their eyes every time I visit or call; but, instead, I am greeted with a smile and they treat Sara with love and care. Sara is a delicate little sweetie who is enduring a terminal disease, and they all know how much I love her and want the best for her. They want the same for her as well. --M. Montalbano

Clementon Animal Hospital was bought out by a corporation a few years back. Go 10 minutes down the road to Chewslanding Vet. Dr. Gruber and Dr. Greco who were the original vets at Clementon are now at Chewslanding along with Dr. Wray. Dont get ripped off by mega-corp over there. Last time I went to Clementon animal hospital was when I found an orphaned kitten in the bushes outside my house and rushed her over there. 200$ later and I go home with no kitten at all! (they euthanized her.) They made me run basically every test they had on her and tortured the poor thing and sucked me dry of money and then came out and told me she never even had a chance to begin with! Well, if you knew she was that far gone you could have said that to begin with! Anyways, Clementon Animal Hospital is a major rip-off. My grandmom and aunt still go there for whatever ridiculous reason and Ive seen their vet bills... They charge almost twice as much for everything compared to Dr. Greco & Dr. Wray! They are always trying to convince you to spend money to unnessacary tests and procedures.

Clementon saved my cats life a few years back and went above and beyond with the aftercare. Without them, my Little Buddy wouldnt be here today. They also helped my puppy when another dog ripped his ear almost in half. A couple months later he is as good as new. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and Dr. Fogarty treats my animals as if they were her own. Wouldnt think of ever going anywhere else. Also, very affordable.

They are always wonderful! Had a scare with our German Shepherd. We called to let them know we would be coming and were met by the veterinarian and technician with a stretcher at our van. They carried her from the door in and saw her immediately, no waiting. It was an awesome experience. Left feeling like they were family. :-) Ive been going here for 7 years now and dont plan on stopping period. Pet Doctors at Clementon Rock!

Our doggie Czar had the best experience! He was rapidly going down hill. His left eye, glaucoma, and deteriorating eye casing bad health and weight loss. The Staff and Doctors removed his left eye, and Czar Doggie has a great life now, no pain, a new lease on life. Very professional, and have to say they had the best prices around. Thanks to Clementon Animal Hospital there the best! Thanks Again... Teri Daner

We have only had good experiences with Clementon Animal Hospital. The people are friendly. They always have time for any questions we have. Getting an appointment is easy. Not much of a wait when we get there. But most of all, Midnight loves going there. When she realizes where we are, she starts to get very excited. First dog that ever enjoyed going to the vet.

Clementon Animal Hospital was so wonderful and gracious to my pup whos stomach had bloated. They were so kind and understanding in that difficult time. From the point I called them, the saw me immediately and took care of my pup in the best way possible. They treated him with such respect as we said our goodbyes. I would give them 6 stars and recommend anyone to them.

Five star animal hospital! I have been taking my pets here for over 10 years and the staff and doctors are simply awesome. They def care and are not in it just to give you a bill to pay and send you on your way. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a veterinarian!

Came highly recommended. Cant say it lived up to the recommendation. Staff was only as friendly and personable as they absolutely had to be. Dogs didnt seem to trust or feel comfortable with the vets and vet techs. May have just been an off day for the facility.

I have been taking my cat here for about 3.5 years now. I have not had any issues with them at all. Usually I am able to get an appointment for my cat 3-4 days after I call. The staff is very friendly

i like it before this new office manager came in. she is real nasty to everyone and i will not be taking my pets back there. i love the vets, cant stand that office manager. i want the other guy back!
