This business is incredible. From scheduling appointment to paying my bill, every single person is courteous, kind, warm & nurturing to my animals and me. There is no Vet in hunterdon county or anywhere else that i would recommend over South Branch. I remember once at a previous vet - one of my animals was sick and very very scared - the tech flipped the carrier so my cat would fall out and my cat almost went into shock. It was the most awful and memorable experience Ive ever been thru w/ an animal. At south branch - every person from the receptionist, to the tech, to the doctor is so calming and pleasant. Their first priority is to best in class animal care followed closely by ensuring pet parents understand every single step of the process - keeping me informed of any changes or findings thru the appointment. Doctor Hutton is phenomenal - the business she has created is exceptional and cultivates an environment of warmth. Thank you for the amazing dedication and service.

I have always had positive experiences at Southbranch, and I am very particular about the veterinary care my animals receive. The veterinarians and staff are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. They work hard to get me in immediately when I have a concern with one of my pets. Dr. Hunton is the primary veterinarian for my dog and two cats. She is experienced, up-to-date, relatable and very kind. I have also had good experiences with Dr. Gordon when Dr. Hunton was unavailable and one of my pets needed to be seen immediately. They run diagnostic tests as needed (no more) to determine or confirm a diagnosis, and quickly get back to me with results and recommendations on next steps. I have also been very impressed with the staff members, from the receptionist to the vet techs. All are efficient, know their job well, and seem to genuinely care about their patients.

You wont be disappointed with this practice. My dog has only seen Dr. Gordon, but Ive heard Dr. Hunton is just as good. The staff is top-notch as well. My dog is a year old and they have taken such good care of him. Any time I have a question or concern they respond promptly. They offer socialization (twice a month until he was 6-months old and then once a month until he was a year old) and Ive learned that each Wednesday they close the practice for an hour (around lunchtime) so they can train and update staff. My dog gets excited when we come here. Theres ample parking and a large outdoor space for your pet to relieve himself before coming into the building. The waiting room is divided so that cats are on one side and dogs on the other. Very clean, friendly, and accommodating. I cant say enough nice things about the vet and the fantastic staff.

South Branch Veterinary is a very special type of business. The care and concern they take with my dog Courage is wonderful. Newly adopted in 2014, Courage had been traumatized and was terrified of having her nails clipped. It took at least 3 technicians to get the job done. Now when I take Courage for her pedicure, she is in and out in less than ten minutes. The vets and technicians take a personal approach with Courage. I am given a card with all of her vaccinations listed, and due dates for the future. I am extremely pleased with South Branch Veterinary Services, and highly recommend them. Barbara R. Hartsell

We have two cats. One was a feral cat that has become quite lovely. South Branch is very well equipped to handle any cat, big or small, afraid or affectionate. They have a separate waiting room for cats and a separate exam room too. Their staff take care to spray themselves down before meeting the cats to ensure that there are no other smells on them. Great place, a bit expensive but fantastic staff.
