Horrible. They told me they were too busy to see my dog who was having an issuing causing him severe pain. The best they could do was an appointment in two days. Ive never heard of a vet being too busy to see a regular patient for an emergency/illness. I had to take him to an emergency vet. The emergency vet faxed records to them to follow up with me about. I received no call from Banfield. I had to spend time calling Banfield and sitting on hold only to be told I had to wait for the dr to call me back at some point. There is no personal connection here and turn over for staff is high. Avoid them! I just made an appointment with a new, highly recommended vet office.

I made an appointment at Banfield for January 17th for my dog because I believed she had a UTI. After multiple hours later, a life threatening MISDIAGNOSIS, and estimate for surgery around $1800-2300 which they couldnt perform anyway because it was a weekend I had had it!. After submitting my experience to the Client Advocate Team three times, writing many reviews online, leaving messages for people to get back to me Im infuriated. I was supposed to receive a response from the manager by the latest Sunday! It is now THURSDAY!!! This company is a wreck! They keep you running in circles and clearly their stance on customer satisfaction is F*** Y** .

I waited 22 minutes for the doctor to see us. Yet when I was late by ten minutes "since we were half way into our appt" they refused to see us and instead rescheduled us 2 hours out but again we ended up waiting 22 minutes more. Other patients were seeing late even when they arrived on time or as late as we were. Am I missing something here? I will finish my babys vaccines here and go to a different banfield after that. Mind you this was a 5 minute appt. I could have been seen when I first arrived in the first place. Not at all satisfied with this one.

Banfield, Cherry Hill location is the best. Dr. Dannielle Moreno is a wonderful vet. She continuously treats my two year old golden retriever as though he was her own. After every sick visit, I received a call the following day from Dr. Moreno inquiring about my pups status. I highly recommend Banfield, cherry hill.
