We moved here from IL 2 years ago and lost our precious Jitter shortly after and then was blessed with Lola this past summer. Our puppy was very ill when we took her in, she had only gone previously for her vaccinations/check up a few months before. She had to have extensive surgery x2, blood transfusion, JP drain and a feeding tube and we were kept informed with every procedure. Dr. Mary Helen is more than a vet she is a life saver. She saved our puppy, she gave more than we could have ever expected. She invested a lot of her time into helping Lola and our family. ALL of people that work here are amazing to say the least! Lola became apart of their family as much as she is apart of ours! They gave her more than medical care, they gave her everything they had to give! Lola is on her road to recovery and we are so very thankful!

We moved from Houston, TX. This was our first visit with 4 yr old, Bentley a male tabby. This was his best visit ever to the vet. (He has a reputation for biting and major hissy fits) Jess Hall, is our pet sitter and knows Bentley. Her calm demeanor and gentle ways were marvelous. Although there was some evidence of anxiety, it was very minor. He did NOT disappear for hours after his return home. Dr. Staruch afforded Bentley plenty of time to adjust to her and the new environment. We highly recommend Ocean View Animal Hospital!!!

On December 10th, 2015 Maximus our Cat went in for Dental Surgery under the direction of Doctor Mary Ellen and her competent staff especially Sherry. The surgery was performed professionally by the doctor and her staff and after further examination of Maximus our Cat, it was determined that no extractions were necessary. I would highly recommend anyone who owns a pet that Ocean View Animal Hospital is the place to bring your animal for complete satisfaction and professional confidence in there work. We wish to make all aware of the caring, competent services available within your small local community. While visiting the area we became concerned about our German Shepherds behavior and upon investigating found an impressive puncture wound. (She had been boarded the previous weekend in KY.... someone forgot to tell us about an incident.) We called and we were seen the same day. The state of the art equipment was only surpassed by the quality of competent, compassionate and loving care that we all received. Thank you Ladies!!

We just moved to Bethany beach from Pennsylvania. We were worried about finding as a veterinary hospital as excellent as the one we left behind and with whom we were clients for 20+ years. As it turns out, we didnt have to worry. We couldnt be happier with Ocean View. They are very friendly and professional and have provided terrific care to both our 12 year mix breed and our new puppy. We highly recommend them.

I have been using OVAH for 5 years and highly recommend them. They have a nice facility and a competent, caring, and stable staff. When my last dog at 18 years old had a stroke at 3 A.M in the morning, I called OVAH and was able to bring the dog in immediately to be peacefully put down. I always feel that my current dog gets a thorough health review every time I bring her in.

First appointment for a "meet and greet" as we have recently moved to the area. Office was clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is not a huge fan of going to the vets, but she did pretty good here. Its also located close to our home. I believe it is a good choice.
