Accupuncture Does Work! My dog Jaxson was doing accupuncture. He seemed like he was getting better, as he n his hips n lower back seemed to respond. The day I took him for another accupuncture appointment, he stopped drinking water and would only eat the boiling chicken and white rice. I thought he farted but he pooped while laying down and thats not his personality. So the doctor, me and Jaxsons grandpa had to make the very hard choice of putting him down. The staff and Dr. Sczypiorski are very nice and understanding. Plus the doctor was very honest and gave her opinion on the subject, since she went through it w/one of her dogs. I truly believe accupuncture does work on dogs and cats. Since Jaxson was feeling better but when I brought him for his latest appointment Dr. Sczypiorski found that there had to be underlying issues like cancer (since he was a beagle/shepherd mix) and he seemed to get better with each treatment. But then good news turned to bad news. Thank you Family Pet Clinic for taking care of my baby boy. I am very thankful I chose to go there. Everyone that works there are very kind!

If you are looking for the most caring and inspirational team to help you care for your precious pets..... LOOK NO FURTHER!! Family Pet Clinic is where you really want to be! They have two locations to choose from with an amazing staff and the doctors of the practice are phenomenal! For this size office, I can honestly say that I have never spoken or dealt with anyone there who doesnt care deeply about the positions they occupy! The front desk people are personable and just great listeners. The doctors never,ever rush through an appointment. They inform, they manage to calm both their patients and their patients parents!! In my experience, the whole staff should be considered "the chosen few". We visit for routine checkups as well as our share of emergencies over the years. Whatever the situation, the staff is ready and waiting to help! Did I mention how much I appreciate what you all do? Family Pet Clinic surpasses all of my expectations and then some!!

I have been taking my dogs to Family Pet Clinic for many years now and have found their veterinary staff to be very professional, caring and kind. They have, over the years, called to check when my dogs have been sick. In addition, the office staff at both locations (Feasterville and Southampton) have always been pleasant and accommodating whether it was to make an appointment or to have a Dr. give me a call back with a question or concern. I also give them kudos for keeping each facility clean; when I go in the door it doesnt have a "dog/cat/pet" smell, there are not hairballs or dirty floors, and even while Im in waiting room I can see the technicians/assistants mopping the floor and wiping down the table that the dog would be going on to be checked. I like a clean environment so this is important to me. I would definitely recommend Family Pet Clinic; we have been very pleased with the service we have received.

Having owned several breed of dogs, who have been cared for and treated at Family Pet Clinic, I have always felt the professionalism and compassion of their health has been a priority of this practice. I concur with others comments, that the staff is always friendly, and courteous. The Veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable, and thorough in their exams, and offer a genuine caring approach. I have entrusted Dr. Jackie Menninger many a time on important decisions, in my pets care, with much appreciation. We have had the experience of having to euthanize a very sick as well as elderly dog in the past several years, and as difficult an experience as this is they were very kind and supportive during this process. In addition, while kenneling my dogs here, the staff always reviews the routine of the dogs feeding and any other habits and is very attentive to the dogs needs.

The Family Pet Clinic with Dr. Menninger have been our familys veterinarians for years. Each visit we are welcomed warmly by a staff who has come to know each of our pets. The office has just enjoyed a complete renovation and looks amazing--- so efficient and professional. We are rarely kept waiting for appointments and, if we are, there is usually an emergency being handled (which turned out to be one of OUR dogs once) Dr. Menninger and her staff are thorough, empathetic, attentive and genuine. Sadly, over the years, weve experienced the loss of pets and found the office staff and doctors to be so very understanding of the grief that accompanies the loss. And in the same light, when welcoming a new pet to our family, the staff and doctors are just as thrilled as we are. Weve recommended them to so many family and friends who now enjoy the same wonderful care.

I wish we would have discovered you sooner! We have a dog, Sammy, that we brought to Family Pet Clinic about 6 months ago because he had a nail infection. From that point on, we have decided to make this our new Vet Clinic. Everyone at Family Pet Clinic is so wonderful and kind to our best friends and treat them as if they were their own. I also love the fact that they have two locations which makes it easy to make last minutes appointments. We recently added a new puppy to our home, Rylee and he was risen with fleas, two types of worms and eye infections. Family Pet Clinic at the afeasterville location got us in within a day to treat him quickly. A few days later we are now meeting our new pup and his energetic personality is surely shining through thanks to the treatments that he is receiving! I would highly recommend!

We have been bringing our cats to Family Pet Clinic for years. We first met Dr. Constentimo as our 2 cats at that time began having problems due to aging. She is warm and understanding of our cats needs. She was with us when we had to let go first our Roo and then later my Harry. Dr. constentimo made that letting go just a little easier. Now we have a new kitten, well now cat, and she helped us through the first year because Larry was a rescue and needed extra care. All of the veterinarians at Family Pet Clinic are kind and gentle, but firm with pets. Family Pet Clinic has 2 locations and great hours. Even better for cats, Family Pet Clinic has special areas separated from other pets which can reduce the stress in going to a vet.

We used them for years with both our cat and dog. Then we had to put our dog to sleep because it was sadly her time. They put blankets on the ground so she was comfortable and let us stay with her until she passed so we could say our goodbyes. We were so sad when we we moved away from them because we knew we would have to find a new vet. We recently had to put our cat to sleep because she was very sick old and the vet was not nice at all I want was not allowed to stay with her. Which I wish I could have like I was allowed to do with my dog but if it was Family Pet Clinic I know it would have been handle so much better.
