I have nothing bad to say and never left an appointment feeling like my questions werent answered and the needs of my pets werent met. Dr. Frank goes above and beyond for your pet. Shell call you on her day off to discuss results and never makes you feel like you are asking a stupid question. She is one of the kindest and most compassionate vets I have ever met who genuinely cares about your pet. We love her! If youre a crazy cat lady and you dont go to Dr. Frank than your just plain crazy. Dr. Heartsfield cleaned both of my Pomeranians teeth. The male was a new rescue we adopted and he needed six pulled and there wasnt a single hitch, some of which were molars. My female pomeranian broke a tooth this year and she advised that nothing needed to be done based on how it broke and overall teeth. To monitor and check again next year. I feel that there are other vets out there that may have taken advantage and pulled it anyway for profit. The prices are good and now that they have Saturday hours we can go here exclusively instead of the other vet I saw on occasion because of needing some weekends. The other vet was nice, prices were too high though and I just didnt feel the connection I do with the ladies here.

I was dealing with an emergency situation and had to have bloodwork done ASAP. From my first phone call, until I finally got there with my dog...the staff were so compassionate and understanding. I was not just another customer with a sick dog. The care and attention they devoted to my girl was amazing. I am so grateful for their understanding and compassion. The staff at The Pet Mechanic are dedicated and committed to the welfare of your animal. If you have an emergency and end up a basket case like I was, they will probably find the right words to calm you down like they did me. I am forever grateful for their availability, they literally saved her life.

Stella gets the best care at the Pet Mechanic. They have always made time to see her, around my busy schedule running a dog walking business. We travel from South Philadelphia just to see their caring and polite staff. Right before Thanksgiving Stella became ill. As a tiny dog, she can dehydrate quickly...they made time to see us right away. The doctors are professional, respectful, and the wait time is next to nothing. Care and Professionalism gets my thumbs up every time!

I called in the morning at work and they fit me in that same night and were genuinely caring, compassionate people. I highly recommend this place if your searching for a vet.

So far Im very happy with my experience!! Dr. Virginia LaMon was very warm and easy to talk to during our visit. She took her time, really drove in and made it a point to be thorough and extremely helpful! Im very pleased with her and the visit. Will be returning and do highly recommend!!!

Staff is always friendly, and I never have to wait too long to see the vet for my appointments. Great place to bring your cat or dog for their yearlies, or if you think something is wrong with them. For more serious stuff, however, youll probably get referred to a larger vet hospital.

This place saved my day! I found a lost/stray cat on a Saturday and they found room to take us in right away and gave us great treatment. The staff is really friendly and genuinely cares about the animals and the clients. I would highly recommend them.
