My dog has come here 5 times and every time Ive been thrilled with the service. However, my latest visit was inexplicably bad. I came in to get vaccinations and was told that the vet would prefer to test for immunity before giving a vaccine. She then quoted me 208 dollars which I thought was steep but I had decided before that 200 was my limit so I approved it. She then did a full physical (which she did not mention was making up $80 of that quote) despite the fact he received a full physical in April. Her techs then took FIVE tries to get blood and my poor dog, who is so well behaved just cried. Then, I went to pay and the total came out to 263, which is $55 more than she quoted (and 135 more than I should be paying since he didnt need the physical). I fought with them but there was no use and I was forced to pay $263 for some blood work and one vaccine. Even after all of this, nobody from the office has called me with the results from the blood work. I was always happy with my service here but I will never be bringing my dog back because this entire visit was a huge money grab with no apparent attempt about concern for my dogs health or my budget.

Two month ago when my 4 month old kitten was sick and was crying everyday I brought my sick kitty to this clinic. Of course the staff asked me questions but they were very rude. The doctor told me that my kitten is fine and gave me a prescribed medicine for my kitten to make it stop crying. That doctor made is worst for my kitten. My kitten could not even poop and eat every since that prescribed medicine he gave me. I called them what was the reason for this and the doctor just said to me that the medicine will work soon. Next day, ......my beloved kitten died. Do not come to this place, it will make your pet sick or make it die by sickness and give you highly charges ( they charged me $350.00).

Ive been going to Rockledge Veterinary Clinic for many years. I think that weve (my dog & I ) seen just about every doctor - and honestly I couldnt say who was my favorite! My dog had a lump on his gum and had to have surgery. Initially, Jake saw Dr. Betty, and then he saw Dr. Rubin for a surgery consult. Both docs were very nice and understanding. The surgery went off without a hitch. Then entire office staff has always been very, very nice, as has the vet assistants. I highly recommend this office!

I have only ever had positive experiences at Rockledge Vet. My 5 month old kitten loves her vet, (Dr. Brice). I never feel rushed when I am in there. Last week when my baby got out of her e-collar and got to her incision from her spay surgery they were able to get me in right away! Very pleased with Rockledge Vet!

Went to see Dr. Beth Ann. The doctor was very understanding in what we wanted to do with it dog with Chiropractic therapy. The doctor took her time in helping us understand what was going on and what she was doing. The staff that I met were very friendly. We found our new vet.

Awesome place. They take the time to explain things to you. It seems most good vet clinics are geared financially towards the middle class and they dont take much time to talk with you. With Rockledge its great service and its still affordable for a working class person. :)

Went there to check this place out. I dont have any personal experience with them other than first impressions but the staff was somewhat rude; they answered all of my questions but only inbetween conversations on the telephone.

I have been taking my pets here for over 12 years. At one time I had multiple animals and the doctors here helped get them from puppy and kitten hood to old age. They are the best!
