I was 9 months pregnant when I took my two tiny Maltese dogs for neutering. They had just turned one and the vet had told me that would be the time to schedule their surgery. I got a call the day of surgery that the girl could be pregnant and they wouldnt recommend the surgery. I was told to take her back in 3 weeks for check up and confirmation of number of puppies and due date and etc. I got a call before the appointment to postpone for two weeks for more accuracy. I received another call before the upcoming appointment to reschedule a second time and they reassured me its safe to postpone one more time. I should have called another place but I was home with a newborn with no help. My puppy delivered 2 puppies the night before her appointment and one was already dead. I called to have them both checked out that same day, there was no remorse and they couldnt see them until 4 pm. They provided very little information on how to take care of the little puppy who survived only 2 more days. I know that if timing was different and I hadnt had such difficult pregnancy, delivery and postpartum issues I would have done more research on my own and taken her to a different vet but this place showed zero expertise and offered no help in this process. I will soon find a different vet.

The staff was exceptional! My boyfriend and I own a dog and a cat, that we treat like our children. So, when we moved to Philadelphia we had to make sure we chose a great vet! Dr. Dallago spent a great amount of time with us during our visit and really made us and our dog feel comfortable. Dr. Carroll spent a lot of time with us as well after my cat sustained a claw injury and she was wonderful with every encounter! The staff, including the doctors are all young, intelligent and delightful people with a true passion for pets! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in search of a vet in center city!

I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr. Dallago. His exams are extremely thorough and he really connects with the animals to the point that he almost seems to communicate with them to try and figure out what;s going on. This is especially important when the symptoms and diagnosis are not always apparent. We have taken three of our dogs and our cat to World of Animals over the years and they are actually excited to go to the vet (except for the cat). As far as the facility itself, they have really improved the appearance of the space and expanded quite a bit.

Dr. Delago is has a DVM from Penn and his "pet-side" manner is excellent. The technicians and office staff are friendly and competent. They all made my Greyhound feel at ease and when we left, he wanted to go back into the treatment room! The facility is clean, but not glamorous. As a healthcare administrator, it is the quality and friendliness of staff that are important to me. Location is great for pet owners in Graduate and Rittenhouse area.

Ive been with many veterinary offices in NYC (we mainly live there) due to my shiba inu having health issue constantly but I found that Worlds of animals is the best of the best. The level of service from always sweet staff members and especially, the most sweet caring animal lover Dr. Dominic Dallagos love toward each of fur patients and his knowledge, I cant emphasize enough how amazing this vet office is.

Every visit, the vet takes time to play with my dog and make her feel comfortable before beginning the exam. I wholeheartedly trust the staff at World of Animals with my dogs precious care. Everyone at World of Animals has been so caring and attentive to my pet. After every vaccination, they always call to check up and make sure my dog is ok and didnt have a reaction. They are proactive about sending reminders and its easy to schedule an appointment. The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. I trust them to take the best care of my dog!

Great vet in center city with easy scheduling and great staff. Genuinely care about your animals to the point where if they dont think they have adequate ability to assist with something, they will shamelessly refer you to a specialist in the best interest of your pet.
