Amazing staff and great service! Our dog had a sudden paw injury and needed to be seen asap. The staff worked her into their busy Saturday schedule and were so kind and helpful about it, whereas other BPH locations wouldnt even put her on a cancelation list. We dropped her off for care and within 2 hours we were able to pick her up. They helped keep the cost down without compromising her care. Great experience overall. We will definitely be making this location our new home base!

Love this staff. They were always so sweet and kind to my dog. When I had to put her down they were super supportive and just absolutely loving to her. The even sent me a condolences card. The prices are a bit high but they have pretty care plans that help which are pretty affordable.
