we went to all pets vet hospital to get our female puppy spayed. we chose this place because they do laser and because they participated with friends of animals voucher. Right off the bat, things were alittle off. They had no record of our apointment nor did anyway call us to confirm beforehand..but they took us anyways..We met with dr Sam. He was very strange, acted very hyper and aggressive. he was very talkative and unprofessional. He asked my husband if he was european and then went on long tangents about president putnin and politics and making jokes. he never even looked at my puppy. He then grabbed my puppy and started touching her privates saying let me make sure its all there (testicles), i said, its a girl, she has no testicles, he acted like he didnt hear me and went on a tangent about a story of someone who wanted there dog neutered but it had no testicles. He was constantly interupted with phone calls in the room and his employees knocking on door , he left the room every few minutes, running around, very disorderly and unprofessional. then he came back , started talking politics again, very bizarre..he grabbed puppy without any warning and put her in the back, then came back , i told him that he didnt even look at her and that her baby tooth would need to be removed during the anesthesia for the spaying.. he brought her back in at that point, he aggressivly grabbed her roughly and tried to pry her mouth open, my puppy is the most sweetest affectionate and friendly dog ever, and her reaction was of fear and heavy resistance. i was soo surprised that a veternarian would approach and handle an animal like that , usually they know how to handle animals. . then he started talking prices, even on the optional items like the cone around the head, preanesthetic bloodwork, etc..he was soo pushy and stubborn not to let me decide. he went on long stories about everything, of things that happened to other people, worst case scenarios, etc..when i told him she got shots at petco-luv your pet clinics "vetco" he carried on about only people who dont love there animals go there and that he charges the same, etc..very off topic. then he talked in detail about her uterus and if he removed it and it was "pink and enlarged" he would charge more money..he was very confusing in how he talked and explained things, extremely difficult to follow and he never really answered your questions. he kept bringing money into the conversation of how much less he charges from other places even when i didnt ask. His stories were drawn out and constantly off topic. i was emmotionally drained and my head was spining after about 30 minutes. me and my husband kept looking at each other in a confused way.when i questioned dr sam a couple times, he would get defensive and start another story. all in all my gut feeling told me to grab my puppy and run as fast away from that dr sam as i could and thats exactly what i did..i excused myself, said i needed to talk to my husband in private, grabbed my puppy and daughter and left. Dr sam came after us in the waiting room and continued this craziness , very defensive, telling me how many dogs "run" after his surgeries and the "1000 surgeries he does" and how great he is , etc.. i saw red flags with the crazy guy from the moment i walked in till the moment i left and thank god i listened to my intuition because i came home and went online immediatly to read reviews---i was shocked and ashamed that i didnt look sooner, this guy is a nut job, the endless accusations of incompetency is correct, i was releived to know that i made the right decision to leave--be careful- i dont think this is a legitimate vetinarian who would care for your pet properly. i dont know if he is right in the head:( i really hope this review helps others:)

We originally decided on All Pet because we adopted a rescue dog and All Pet participates in the reduced price spay/neuter services available to owners of rescue dogs. Before we could even take our pup to be neutered, he came down with terrible and bloody diarrhea. We decided to take him to All Pet because he was scheduled to be neutered there anyhow. We are so glad that we did! Dr. Fede was extremely thorough and explained every part of the process to us as she went along. She warned us that he may cry as she inspected his rear because it was sore (he did cry, but it was nice to be prepared). She then recommended a course of action and provided us with an estimate prior to proceeding. For someone relatively new to New Jersey, sticker-shock for services has been an issue and I was very glad to know the cost beforehand. We were actually thrilled (name another vet that has only a $40 office fee and gets you in the office one hour after you call) with the pricing and decided to follow her recommendations, but she was willing to work with alternatives if we could not afford the bill. And yes, we did have to restrain him for her to be able to do the exam and give him shots, but it was necessary for him to be treated and Dr. Fede (plus her assistant) were as kind as possible with the squirmy pup. I have had great veterinarians before, but I can honestly say that this was the most upfront, thorough, and positive vet experience I have ever had. Thank you!

**DO NOT**USE THIS PLACE THRU THE FRIENDS OF ANIMALS SPAY/NEUTER PROGRAM. This man is running a scam and did a horrible hack job on our puppy. He was rude and entirely money focused. He treated our terrified dog with a complete lack of compassion, pulling her by her leash away from us and sticking her in a crate without even looking at her. He had us come in without buying the certificate from Friends of Animals, saying it takes too long to wait for the certificate to come and he would charge the same amount as the program charges for the certificate. By the time he had talked in circles and tangents and babbled on and on about his credentials and training and talked in circles some more, we ended up paying even more than it would have cost for our own vet to do the surgery. This man is a con. And I am filled with regret that I entrusted our puppys care to him. If I could post a photo of what this poor dogs incision site looks like two weeks post-op after having the staples removed, you would see what I mean by hack job. It looks like a kid did this surgery. The staples were placed so carelessly she has lacerations up the length of the incision site from the staples digging into her skin. Its awful. So deeply regret using this "vet".

When I found All Pets Vet Hospital I was so happy that I could use them for all my animal needs. From regular check ups to grooming and training, I come here for everything! Dr. Sam and Dr. Fede are very informative and took time to explain everything that was going on with my pets. They both worked with my budget and made sure I was comfortable with all of the procedures. The staff are all very friendly and took excellent care of my pets as well as answer and teach me all of the things I needed to do in order to take care of my pets in the best way possible I also used Heesun the trainer to train my dog and was very pleased with how knowledgable she was with reading and understanding each dogs special behavior and needs. I continue to work with her and my dog is getting better and more socialized with every session. I also have to mention Cathy the groomer who made sure my pup was holiday ready with a cute haircut and little bandana, perfect for the holiday photos. Thank you to all the staff who really put in the extra effort to make this place the best it could be
