Ive been to this Quest Diagnostics location five times or more. Each visit, Ive waited a long time whether I had an appointment or not. The staff are friendly but move extremely slow. This location needs more staff to help accommodate the community.

My husband has small veins and is not an easy stick, these people at the Quest location in Trinity used him as a pin cushion and stuck him 4 times and still could not draw his blood, they are awful and I would not bring him back there ever.

I dont understand why these reviews are so awful, these people are so arrogant! The staff at Trinity are wonderful, very pleasant and efficient. First time visiting this office and Ive been to a few, this is my new location for sure!!

My husband and I love the people at Quest Laboratory. They are always so nice and remove your blood almost painlessly. The new office is comfortable and efficient.
