When I called for my results I was told they can only give them to the ordering physician. Isnt that a HIPPA violation? I called the 800 number and they were able to help. The incompetent brainiac at this location could have just said I had to call the main number to request results because the physical locations are not allowed to give them out. Quite simple. Train your staff better.

When you call get ready to be transferred over and over and over again. All I needed to ask was if my blood work arrived in their system electronically from the day before. Also, if you call from an out of state number, youre going to have a hell of time finding the right person. They will send you to the out of state office. It was a disaster.

Hudson Quest Diagnostics has always been my first choice for an appt.. They are organized and efficient. My vein gets hidden, yet they always find it with one quick pinch that doesnt hurt at all. At times I get stuck going to another local Quest, which still does a good job, but not as nice as my experience at Hudson.

Phone System is Bogus. Scheduling, inquiries or anything else is like pulling teeth. Very Irritating ! 10 minutes on phone.... Still got nowhere with automated system. Not a Good Way to conduct business Quest. Not Good at all. 1 Star.

I dont even want to give 1 star! I am always made to wait forever when dropping off labs which makes me late to all my other patients! The staff is rude and hard to work with!

Slow, unorganized and they dont have enough staff for their traffic. Went in on a Thurs at 1230 and was there for an hour and a half. :(

The wait times are absolutely atrocious. They never have enough staff to handle the amount of traffic they get.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Didnt hurt. Cant ask for much else.
