There is only one person at this establishment thats worth anything, and its Audrey. Shes an incredible phlebotomist and is the only person I will ever let do my bloodwork (I faint frequently). Next time anyone goes, ask for Audrey. Shes efficient and super caring and so compassionate. I hate the place otherwise, if Audrey wasnt there I wouldnt go at all. TERRIBLE customer service. Absolutely abysmal. Staff is rude and mean, and they act like they couldnt care less about your wellbeing. I get it, you hate your job. But at least have the common courtesy to treat the people youre stabbing with needles with some respect and compassion. They need some intense customer service training.

Need something lower than 1 star. Staff doesnt seem to know what is going on. It took 3 people to figure out who is next, and what is needed. This should be a simple processing line type system. Once checked in, my wife showed them the Drs note on what was needed. The lady looked at us and said "of course we run those tests here". About 45 mins later, she called us up front and said they didnt have 1 of the test needed. I dont even care to call customer service b/c it seems like no one else had any luck with it.

I went in on July 11, 2017 around 2:45pm to get pricing for some blood work my child needs. There were no patients in the waiting room, yet two clearly unoccupied employees were unwilling to take the time to look the information up on the computer to answer my question, even though one of them told me it could be done. This was after it took me several minutes to even be acknowledged by either one of them after I walked in the door. I do not recommend this lab and will not use them again.

Staff needs training on how to greet people. I was observing evenones face there, they were like under lot of stress. I was just ready to get out ASAP but I had no choice. The lady working at back, made me to seperate stool in three different bottle from one bottle. My husband was so mad when he heard all about this and he called customer service and customer service seems to be bad then the staff. So I suggest if your insurance cover other lab, just choose different lab.

Hated it is not a stong enough term. They were rude. They would not test my son, and when I called the customer service hotline claimed we were an hour late when we were early for the appointment. Customer Service did not seem to care. If I had ANY other option than "Quest" that was covered by insurance, or even to pay out of pocket, I would go elsewhere!

Had to take my 7 yr old for blood work for the first time. The technician was very patient with her as she was very anxious about it. After it was done, my child saw the vials of blood, and passed out. The tech was great about my childs response, and informed me that we will probably always have to have someone with her to have blood drawn in the future.

This Lab was highly recommended by my Doctor, after 3 days of calling (AND NO ANSWER) trying to set up an appointment I ended up going with a different company. How can a company operate a business but never answer the phone? I work at a job where cant just leave and "HOPE" they are able to see me or squeeze me in.

Prepare to wait! If youre fasting, bring a sandwich or something with you so you dont fall into hypoglycemia on your way out. The afternoons are just as bad. You may sit 30 minutes before you ever see a human to check you in. Three lab visits = 4.5 hours of my life spent in the dreadful Quest waiting room.

Great service! Didnt have an appointment but got in within 30 minutes (there was a huge line of walkins before me so I understood). Everyone was very friendly and the office was very nice and clean. I hate getting blood drawn but they made it a pleasant experience.

Couldnt have gone any better. Made an appointment online for an early appointment due to fasting. Got called back 8 mins sooner and the phlebotomist, Sylleathia, was simply super! I barely felt a thing and walked out 3 mins after my actual 8am appointment.
