Left two phone messages with questions as to what type of lab work was needed. The representative returned my call in a timely manner and answered all questions and stated several types of test that are available with the cost of each. Suggested making an appointment. Called the representative after speaking with all parties, the appointment was made for the time requested. The representative treated all parties with respect and explained in detail the test, the cost and time frame for the results. The representative is very professional, customer oriented and very knowledgeable.

Horrible! They state that they open at 8am Monday through Friday. My family waited 2 hours and they never showed up. Their website also states no appointment needed. Apparently, they dont care about customer service.

Misrepresented on website. Went for a $10 in 10 minutes Strep test. Was told that it is $59.99 and takes 3 days.
