I went yesterday (02/28/17) to this location for blood work. The dark haired lady at the front desk was very nasty. She told me it was required to give them a credit card on file, even after I said "what is this for?" She repeated that it was required, so I did. Today on Facebook, I just happened to see a friend of mine post that she took her child to get blood work today and that she hoped that it was covered by their insurance, she wrote that it was estimated to be approx. $700 worth of blood work and she knew that she would have to pay it but she was forced to put a credit card on file and that a hit that big to her acct could hurt her, she wrote that she called Labcorp corporate office and they told her that putting her credit card on file was an option and not a requirement, she then went on to post how that nasty women at the front desk definitely didnt give her an option and that shell never go to this location again. So I commented and asked her if she went to this location because I was just there yest and had the same experience with the lady at the front desk telling me that it was not an option and was required. and of course it was the same location! This one. The lady that drew my blood was nice enough though. I called Labcorp billing office and they removed my credit card off their system and took my complaint.

The place is NOT very sanitary or inviting upon arrival. The windows are dirty, walls are marked with shoe scuffs, chairs are old and very dirty and the floor needed to be cleaned or at least mopped. Receptionist is detached. I had my blood drawn 3 times in the last 2 months and had great people in the back, no bruising, very personable and caring. My opinion is that if they updated this place with some paint and kept it clean and inviting, this would be a place I wouldnt be nervous about having a needle placed into my body.

Martha h...was very sweet and understanding. I was worried about my cost of blood work. I had come from lab quest very upset because the woman there said that she wouldnt be able to give me cash cost. She said it would take a few days to get back to me. I was already fasting and took time off work. Martha at labcorp gave me cash cost within minutes. I stayed, did blood work, and left more than satisfied with experience.

Very nice folks. fast and Ive not had alot of blood drawn in my lifetime but this was the absolute best time. This lady was awesome. Usually I have a small black and blue mark( I bruise easy) but only a pinprick this time. If you didnt know I had it drawn you would have never noticed anything. Fabulous!

Very kind and professional. Never even hurts getting labwork but most of all the people are very compassionate. Special sparkle to Marge who gave me a glimmer of hope in tuff times. Not enough words to express my appreciation to the staff at this site. Thank you for your smiles and quick draws.

They are quick... but the front desk lady is rude. I think its just her style of taking people in (which is horrible), because she was also the same lady that took my blood, and she was nicer then. i have no issues, using this place as my regular, but greetings should be better.

This docent deserve even a star I went to do drug tested for a job they treated me not so good very rude I turn around my partner saw one of the staff making fun of me very anti profesional I dont recommend this location

I have never encountered such rude person as you have at your front desk with inaccurate info glad I left and went to different location and had no issues with lab order.

Didnt have a good experience here, the staff were not, in my opinion providing the kind of service you would expect from health care, I much prefer Quest
