I went to get my blood test done here this week and all the employees were pleasant except one.as I waited, I watched this one employee, a woman with short brown and grey hair.she rolled her eyes at every single patient as they left. My mother went to get blood tests and did not fast , this woman told my mother that she couldnt have her blood taken because she did not fast.My mother being a doctor said that fasting or not she can still have her blood taken.to which the woman sarcastically replied "oh and are you a doctor?" To which my mother said yes.when I was there the same situation happened with an elderly woman but she didnt know that she could have her blood taken anyway ,and so was instructed by the said woman to come back 3 hours later.she told the old woman to re-sign in and she kept raising her tone of voice and rolling her eyes when the elderly woman asked at what time she could come back again. Then with me, she did the same sigh as she called my name.she took blood from a tiny vein that was not visible until it blew out ,when there was a perfectly visible vein that all phlebotomists have used with me in the past.since she blew out the vein in that arm she had to use my other arm too.She really did not want to be there, she is rude, and has no patience for the patients. In the time that all other phlebotomists did one patient, she did three. She does not take her time and she treats patients badly.Definitely would not recommend coming here.

Couple years ago I needed both urine and blood tests, but I couldnt get up from their standard height toilet and my hubby was not strong enough to lift me off of it by himself b so I asked if someone could he please my husband get me up off their toilet after doing the urine sample and they said. They couldnt because of their insurance!¡ - so I was unable to get my urine test done there. Very inconvenient! Im sure Im not the only person with bad knees thats also had a stroke that would not be able to get onto their toilet safely (i.e.. Falling onto it) and be able to get off the toilet without assistance of one or more people. So why cant Quest have a handicapped facility with a tall toilet base and grab bars all around - PLUS be able to assist an elderly person with bad knees or back from really hurting themselves by trying to use a toilet not really made for a handicapped person! Oh, I know! You have to wait for someone to get hurt first........ Oh, then there was the time they send the bill for my lab work to another insurance company I hadnt used in a few years - even though I had given my ID and my current insurance card to the fro t deck when I checked II . Then they wrote ME a nasty letter requesting that I pay them because my insurance company turned down my claim. Not very efficient!

Im unsure as to what has changed at Quest on Sheldon but in a matter of three months since my last visit they went from a pretty efficient, well operating organization to a fiasco. Had a 0945 appointment. Arrived 15 mins early. First indication was there were no parking spaces available. Second was there were more people standing around inside then there were seats available. I signed in and waited to be called for my ID, proof of insurance and drs referral paperwork. I waited until my 0945 appointment and having noticed that in the 15 mins I was there no one was called back to be served I approached the desk and asked if they were on schedule. I was told by a very harried aide that they were very behind. I decided no to waste any more time and cancelled my appointment. If I stayed Id probably still be sitting there. Ill give it one more chance but I originally went to this lab because it was close and convenient.

I arrived 45 minutes ago, no one at the front but there is an ipad for signing in. After signing in it said my daughters name and 35 minutes next to it, ok thats fine, after checking it about 5 minutes ago, it said 23 minutes, ok not that much longer to wait. I checked it 2 minutes ago, and it said 30 minutes. What the hell?!? So i politely asked someone around the corner if there was someone i could talk to because she was busy with a patient, and no one was out front. she told me that its a new system, and the time is just how long you waiting. And that someone will call when they are next in line. This lady was very rude to me, and in front of other people in the lobby. I asked for assistance, she should of tried to provide that more appropriately and not in front of others.

I had a urine sample to drop off for my 88 year old Mother, from her appt a day earlier. I signed in at the iPad and was given a :51 min wait time. I tried to ask a human being about waiting that long for a drop off. No one there to ask , so I left & came back at 10:30am they close a 11am the door was locked & I was waving the sample in the window, the employee just ignored me. Left again. They were also out of stool sample kits, until next week. Basically no urine or stool sample taken for my Moms Drs appointment. I also to help several elderly or confused people to sign in on both my visits. Someone needs to monitor the front periodically... to help people!!!

Almost as inefficient as a government office. Set up blood work for my 88 year old grandmother via their website, at the Sheldon Rd. location as it is close to her home. Was told by the ugly short haired female at the front that there was no appointment scheduled for her and we will have to wait 30 - 45 minutes. This is the second time this has happened to me - make the appointment, come in, then they tell me no appointment was made. This place makes the DMV look like a model of efficiency; except the employees of Quest are far less polite and professional than any government employee Ive ever dealt with. Never again.

I find it completely rediculous that there are only two people working. They can not properly serve the patients in a timely manner. I have not been able to book an appointment due to the lack of open appointments. I now am forced to be a walk in patient. In the hour Ive been here they have served 5 appointments and there are still 8 appointments ahead of me and anothe 4 walk ins as well. If I knew they were so slow and understaffed I wouldve gone somewhere else. DONT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 5 HOURS TO WAIT (in the ever so uncomfortable waiting area!!!!!

I have been to this office numerous times (without an appointment) and never waited more than 20-40 minutes to get in. The staff I have interacted with have been pleasant. The only negative is that since they call patients from each side of the room to go back, sometimes it is hard to hear that they are calling you if you are sitting on one side and they are calling your name on the other side. Otherwise, I have had an excellent experience.
