Generally good service except for last blood draw done on my son late March 2016. Two weeks later dr. hadnt gotten results. Called the Asheville collection center and was told to call Patient Service Center in eastern NC. Could barely understand the rep. and not particularly helpful. Wish there was a competing lab closer to home to avoid the 40-minute trip to Asheville.

Dont take children here for lab work. They told us they had to do 5 separate draws on my son for his lab work. I called Mission Childrens and they said it could be done in one draw. Awful experience.

Depressing place, the employees were making racist jokes from behind the glass which I could easily hear from the waiting room. Not very professional seeming, will go elsewhere next time.
