I have been going to Quest for years. Ive had my blood drawn there at least a dozen times. Ive always found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. I tend to have between 4-7 vials of blood drawn and theyve always done a stellar job. I frequently will book an appointment through their website which is quick and easy and can be done on a smart phone as well. Oftentimes I just show up. While I like there old waiting room better than the one at their new location, Ive never had to sit there too long.

Im not a frequent review-writer, but I felt I had to register my complete satisfaction with this office and its staff. Sadly, people with a negative experience are far more likely to take the time to post than satisfied customers. The office was pleasant and efficient, my phlebotomist HIGHLY experienced (11 years or something), very willing to use a "butterfly" when I asked for it (I get 7 tubes drawn). In and out in about 15 minutes - with an appointment I created online.

Very caring and helpful staff. My son had to get many tests today which required 12 hour fasting. He got very dizzy and sick during first vial. The staff quickly helped him and had him come back after eating for the tests that didnt require a fast. When he did come back they took proper care that he would be ok and it went very smoothly because they did.We were very grateful!

I have never seen them wash their hands in front of me or wear personal protective equipment other than gloves. At the least they should wear a disposable lab jacket. The Phlebotomists are not highly skilled, often times leaving bruises and not drawing enough blood. I will not be returning. Too bad it took me so many visits to have clear hind-sight.

Extremely unprofessional. Employees much more interested in chatting with each other than assisting their customers. Rude and short tempered employee working at the main front desk. I wouldnt reccomend this establishment to anyone. Its a shame that so many have to deal with this high level of unprofessionalism within a medical establishment.

Staffed by one person. Yes one. Waited an hour. A week later my results still havent made it to my doctor. This is a miserable place, sadly. With so much hanging in the balance (test results) you would think they would be more responsible. Shame.

the blood staff I had interaction with on two separate visits were nice and professional. the office staff is horrible. staffed by one large unhappy slow woman named Leslie. slammed the glass office window in my wifes face! NASTY!

Disorganized environment, the staff misled me and didnt help me understand that they were out of network for my insurance. They told me there would be a $50 copay and I ended up with a bill for $1800. Unacceptable.

Expect to spend at least 20 minutes just to schedule an appointment through the automated voicemail. And there is no way to speak to a person. Ohh and expect a bigger bill than your health insurance says.

Ive gone there four times and always had great service. The nurses are very friendly. Sometimes there is a wait, but its never more than about 15 minutes, especially if you make an appointment.
