The only reason they get 1 star is I have to give one in order to leave a comment.. I wont comment on the long 2 hour + wait time as they were busy and I can understand that. Right off the bat we should have left because while we were signing in the "Tech" was talking to another "Tech" about how they mixed up someones blood with another patients blood. This of course didnt affect us as it wasnt impacting our tests, but you can imagine the confidence it instilled in us.. Our draw was for a specific bacteria and the notes from the doctor were clear, it also stated that if there were any questions on the cultures to call the Dr. anytime 24x7. This of course brought out the over inflated ego of the "Tech". "Ive been doing this for years, I know what Im doing." type banter in somewhat of a defensive tone came out. After 7-10 attempts by 3 different "Techs" to draw blood from both arms we were finally done. Now as the results reached our Dr. we were informed that not only did they only do 1 of the 2 requested cultures, the 1 they took was, of course, the wrong one. Basically we blew away a few hours one Saturday morning to get rid of some blood so new can be cycled in, an oil change if you will.. Now were off to get these tests run again, this time in a professional, competent atmosphere.

I have been a weekly patient at Quest throughout the west coast of Florida since 1995 and have to tell you that this location is by far the best! The staff, (Tiffany, Tina, Beverlee and Maria) are always: Polite, professional, friendly and caring! I believe in giving credit when credit is due! Even at times when they are short staffed and there isnt a seat open in the waiting room, their demeanor is always upbeat and pleasant! The facility is always clean and cool. Not hot and stuffy. These ladies do their job extremely well! I wont go anywhere else! Jim

The workers there was rude and disrespectful to the patients . My husband went there just to drop off a specimen and they treated him like he was dirt and every time he asked a question the lady would reply with sarcasm and disrespect. they need to fire that lady who works there. when you dealing with patients you need to treat them with dignity and respect. she is lucky she has a job there, Im sure there are plenty of people that deserve that job more than her and that will treat people better than what she did

Was a great place to go and I had absolutely no wait time! The guy who helped me was very good and only had to stick me once (which is rare for me!) the only downside to him is he didnt smile at all so it seemed like he was unhappy. But my BIGGEST complaint is when I try to call I never get an answer. It seems like in order to get them to answer a question is to actually go in there which isnt feasible all the time. But if they would answer the phone at least 50% of the time then I would give them 5 stars.

Quick check in and taken back within 5 minutes then waited over 10 min then another employee tried to bring in another patient to the same room. Spoke very condescending saying i need to stay I need to stay sitting in the chair or they wouldnt know anyone waa in the room! What happened to knowing what patient is in what room?

I would give this no stars if I could. The workers were very rude and refused to do a drug screen on the weekend. I went to the Brooksville location instead and they were able to do a drug screen. I only had 24 hours from my acceptance of employment to get it done, thank God Brooksville knows what theyre doing!

Positive experience! No wait time. Tina was kind and excellent - Momma said "I didnt even feel the needle." -- high praise! Just wished that clients could have quicker access to results like physicians.

Closed earlier than 4pm. 2 cars in the back of the building but no workers would answer entrance door. Myself and another female arrived when door was locked before 4pm..closed 10-15 min earlier.

The wait was not long. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and caring. The woman that took blood from my 3 year old were sweet and helpful to make this experience not so painful or scary.
