My Son saw Dr. Heinzelman last year, but indicated that the Dr.did not like him, put him on MedicationS,and was I believe only seen once a month. My son was very depressed, and it was not something the Dr. Was unaware of as he had made recent trips to several rehab facilities while in his care. There were Crys for help but obviously medications were the solution?? My Son Shawn is no longer with us. Psychiatric drugs given by people licensed to prescribe them without caution are NO Different than Heroin on the street.

My family members and others that are not my family lies to them about family members and my niece know s them csw and is one herself and that is a conflict of interest and she gets into files that are confidential and ect and my niece s name is Amanda Paskins aliffi she needs fired and so does Danny Anderson green and Tammy sharp and probably a few other s too , and these people s lies and threatening the clients and customers and ;;;;;

I have been Dr. H patient for a number of years. My depression and,anxiety is very extreme hes very very intimidating. I can barely function. He is really impatient. He actually told me im my worst enemy. I dont choose to have this. He doesnt really want to listen and it makes me feel worse. I need help, I dont need lectures!!! Im looking for another Dr.

They are understaffed and seem confused. They can be rude and hurried am the phone. They cancelled and rescheduled 4 of my appointments within 3 months. I drive from Columbus to Lancaster and after I settle my meds, Ill find another psychiatrist.

Horrible horrible place dont ever go there for help,you wont get it, my sister in law threatened to kill people and they wont do a thing to help, and when you so there is nothing they can do

Linda for the nursing staff is very impatient on the phone and gets mad easy when Im trying to give her information from the doctor.
