The Dude

Ive been here a total of 4 times. Wait times werent bad the first 2, but the last time I went at opening and it was like they all literately just rolled out of bed. The woman with dark hair that takes blood is a danger. Every time she couldnt find my veins. She bruised me big time the 2nd time I went and the last time she couldnt even get more then a half a vile out of me. After she rapped me up and when I went home and tool the wrap off I had a serious blood clot. Who knows if that would have killed me. The woman needs to be retrained or shipped out. The guy that works there is nice and knows how to take blood. She doesnt. Ive been to Quest a lot and not once do they ever have an issue taking my blood. I will not be going back to this Lab Corp.

This is the WORST location around. Every time I have been here I have waited to even be acknowledged. Staff sits behind the counter laughing and joking around without even being concerned about timeliness or customers lining up. The last time I was here I stood in the lobby waiting for someone, anyone, to check me in for 8 minutes. It doesnt sound like a long time, but who leaves their lobby completely unattended for that long!? I had to peek in the back through the door to advise there was a line of people at the front desk. Very unprofessional place. I will be driving farther from now on to use a different lab. Horrible.

One word: Horrible. I arrived at 8:40 am for a blood draw (fasting). I was told it would be about an hour since I did not have an apt. At 11:33 (three hours), I was finally called back. I watched other clients demand their paperwork back so they could go elsewhere. Its unfortunate that they have a scheduling/incompetent procedure in the front-end because the tech that finally drew my blood was exceptionally good. Have been here before and have always had to wait, but never this long.

Used to go to the labcorp in the walmart at little and 54 until i moved to hudson. I didnt want to make the 40 min round trip so i came here. NEVER COME HERE. I had an appointment for 9:45 and only two others had appointments before. However, thet took all 20 people waiting before me even though none of them had appointments. Will NEVER come back and will just take the 40 min drive to the other labcorp. Ill still finish faster then this joke of an operation.

Worst lab corp in my 29 years working as a RN. I have come as a nonpatient visit for employment testing and came as an outside vendor to drop off a lab, wait times at off peak hours 3pm are horrible. No one in lobby and wait time 35 mins or more with 3 people noted in back of counter. Poor customer service. Only male in there is lazy and slow.

Been sitting here an hour with 4 other people. Nobody has even taken my papers yet. I work in health care so I know how long things should take. Its simple collection of samples. I could draw my own faster. No sense of efficiency or desire to get people moved through. Of course insurance dictates where you go so no other choice. Fail.

I just wanted everyone to know how great of an experience I had at the Hudson location. Danielle was my tech and she made it painless as possible. My veins usually dont cooperate but she got me on the first try as painless as possible!!! Thank you again Danielle for the great experience.

Have an appointment for 10:15am on a Saturday its 11am they didnt even take our insurance info to start processing til 10:45am this is ridiculous and we got here early so they could do there paperwork on time.. 6 Ps ... Proper planning prevents piss poor performance

There were no hours posted on Google so i called. The message said they were open 8am to noon on Saturday. Only after getting up early on a Saturday morning will you find out that they are closed on Saturday.
