A+ professional. So impressed. Background: took our golden doodle to a different animal hospital a month ago because she kept licking her paw to the point where she had an open wound. They offered no diagnosis, gave us antibiotics, a cone and suggested a wide range of expensive vaccinations. And no follow up other than a post card suggesting more vaccinations. Such a different experience here at Companion! One month later, dog paw thing still not resolved. I went in and met with Dr. Deb. First of all, receptionist smiling and waiting room was spotlessly clean. No animall hair at all! How do they do that? Secondly, Dr. Deb diagnosed problem immediately, explained not life threatening and printed out a wide range of treatments with their associated costs. (We are on a budget, which I had explained to her.) She and I came up with a treatment plan that would address the problem that we could afford. She printed out an explanation of the disorder our dog has for me to take home. Then they clipped our dogs nails for free because she needed it and I couldnt afford to pay for it. "No trouble," said the smiling Dr. Deb. And she promised to call in a week and see how the paw was healing. Wow. We have a new vet.

Yesterday was a hard day for our family. We had to put our best friend and beloved dog down. I cannot say enough about Dr. Wheeler and the staff at Companion Animal Hospital. They were so compassionate, knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Dr. Wheeler explained all options we had and most importantly, gave us her honest opinion, as if it were her dog in this situation. As hard as yesterday was, I know that our dog had the best care she could have possibly received and I know that Companion did everything they could for our dog, above and beyond. Our dog has been going to Companion since a puppy and to them, it seemed like they lost one of their own yesterday right along with us. Thank you Dr. Wheeler and staff for you compassion! I know our dog was in good hands with you yesterday and most importantly, she took her last breath in a comfortable and most caring environment.

Great experience! I took my new corgi puppy here for his puppy shots + wellness exam and both the tech and the vet were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping me start on the right foot with my puppy! Unfortunately, our corgi has a slight reaction to his vaccinations, but the vet followed up with us right away the next day to make sure he was ok and feeling better. I would absolutely recommend them! They really care about animals and what they do and provide top notch care for your pets.

Very good clinic. I have been going here for years and seen all of the doctors. They all have an individual and kind bedside manner. My dog is treated well and I am usually consulted in the treatment options. They do seem spendy but I guess the conveniance of having the clinic nearby and the fact that with itemized billing the actual costs can be seen I dont think it is out of line. I think you just have to figure out where you draw the line in treating your pet!!

I had my first experience with Companion about 10+ yrs ago when I got by beloved dog, she is the world to me and the folks at Companion treat her as if she is the world to them as well. Annie at the front desk is so amazing. I have even moved back to NYC and planned some time off to have my dog see only the vets at Companion. I love their bedside manner and their caring and compassionate ways. It doesnt matter where I live I will only trust her care to them.

I have been bringing my pets to Companion Animal Hospitial for years! They are very knowledgeable and supportive. When they say they are going to call you back regarding test results they always do (in a short period of time). I am always able to get my appointments within a reasonable timeframe. In addition, they always seem to be running on time when I have gone in for appointments. I fully trust them with my pets and would not go anywhere else..

Just got two new kitties. I looked for a vet clinic close to my job, and found Companion Animal Hospital. I am so satisfied with the service. I have been there two times so far (once with each new cat), and both times they really took the time to talk to me and explain the conditions and medications. Ive been to other clinics where the bedside manner wasnt as great as it is here. I picked well! Definitely going back.

Moved to eagan recently and needed a closer vet for cat. Great staff- we arrived 10min early and had no wait time to be seen. Receptionist/tech were super friendly. Vet answered all our questions. I was never pressured to get any "extra" tests/ vaccinations/ etc. Cost was WELL below expected and bill was explained in detail. Glad we choose them to be our new provider!

Had to recently put down an animal and Companion couldnt have done a better job with the process. The customer service over the phone and in person was great, the procedure was peaceful and heartfelt, and they made sure to give me the time I needed with my buddy before the end. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Companion.

This is the best vet around. I love Deb. She spent an hour in the room with my dog and I for his first puppy visit and was very attentive to all of my questions. She also seemed to actually enjoy seeing Reggie and played with him during the visit. The other vets I have seen here also did a great job. Love this place!
