I have been bringing my cats to Mendakota Animal Hospital for about 17-18 years. I was referred to Dr. Hinsons Vet practice via a former coworker that was a client of his. I truly have nothing but positive things to say! Dr. Hinson runs a tight ship: Everything is always clean and presentable. Appointment times are usually spot on, and when I have had to wait, its usually less than 5 minutes. When I walk in, the staff knows me and are very courteous and friendly. Its a very professional and caring environment, where I know that my cats are getting the quality care that I want for them. I have a cat (Tiger) that is diabetic (diagnosed 3 years ago) and a cat (Pinkie) recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and their medical management has been wonderful!! Because of my work schedule, I am especially grateful that I can drop off (my cat(s) early in the morning and pick up before they close. I LOVE the Saturday hours......so appreciative of that!! With the addition of Dr. Barnes, this is a Vet Team that is "top of the line" with the multitude of professional services they offer and why I continue to bring my cats for their care. The staff are hard working, and most have been there a long time.......you guys are the "glue" keeping the place held together!! Thank you Karen, Krista, Michelle, new girls and groomer!

Ive been going to Dr. Hinson and his team for over 20 years now. My parents took our family chocolate lab, "Bodacious" to Mendakoa Animal Hospital back in 1997 and throughout his 14 years of life. We learned so much from Dr. Hinson and he was always so kind to us. Now I take my assistance dogs in training to Mendakota Animal Hospital to be cared for by Dr. Hinson and Dr. Barnes. All these years and the amazing professionalism and love for animals continues. Their support and advice is beyond compare and I am so thankful. My husband and I got our pet, a Golden Retriever named Finley, together a little over a year ago, and weve gone to Mendakota since day one. Theyre friendly, know us by name, and take incredible care of our boy. This week we got him groomed there for the first time and were incredibly pleased! This was the least expensive place weve ever taken him for grooming, she did an amazing job and they even let Finley stay there until we got off work. Weve never had a bad experience here!

The experience, wealth of knowledge, and loving personal attention make Mendakota Animal Hospital a very special place. My dogs have had many challenging and serious health situations, but they are happy and healthy today because of Dr. Hinson and his tremendous staff. If only we humans could receive this type of care.
