Dr. Moore at Skadron Animal Hospital is the best. I brought both my dogs to see her from the time they were pups until they were both old and sick and needed to be put down. She is always professional, compassionate and understanding. She went above and beyond the call of duty taking my calls almost daily while we adjusted my dog’s medication for Cushing’s disease. She cried with me when it was time to put him down. I later received a hand-written personal sympathy card from her along with a poem. She also made a donation in his name to an animal charity. She always made me feel as though my dogs were her favorites. I’m sure that she made all her clients feel this way and that is what makes her such a wonderful vet. When it is time to get another dog, I would not consider any other vet other than Dr. Moore.

3 stars for good service, but very high prices! I wouldnt want to dissuade anyone from using this clinic as the doctors are great, but as one of those money conscious millennials, Ive found (over and over again) that their prices are far from competitive. Im talking $50-$150 difference for the same service right down the road! Im all for staying local, so as a WSP resident I always call them first, then find that Mendota Heights and SSP have vet clinics offering the same quality service for far cheaper. Its unfortunate for them, but thats how the free market works. I would stay with them if their prices were more friendly for a middle class wallet.

Teri Skadron may be a literal angel. Shes been amazing every time Ive brought my critters in. Teri is very patient, even when my turtle was incredibly uncooperative during his exam and wouldnt let her hold his legs or head. She could tell how anxious I was about his health and was so reassuring and helpful, and talked me through every step she was doing and what I would do for him after leaving the clinic. Her flexibility and dedication is so, so appreciated, and I know she cares about my animals as much as I do.... which is definitely saying something. Thank you so much for fitting me in today and treating my pets with the care they deserve!

I want to extend my gratitude to Dr. Joan Moore. What an amazingly compassionate woman and if I could give her six stars, I would! She is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and sensitive! Unfortunately, my cat was quite sick by the time we found Dr. Moore, so he only had the privilege of her care for a few months, but I am beyond grateful. I know she did everything she could. I am especially touched that today I received a handwritten sympathy note. So through my tears, I want to say THANK YOU and if I ever do get another animal, we will be back! Dr. Thomas Skadron surgically removed a tumor from my dog Rusty that was in the small intestine, giving him another chance at life, as Rusty would have died without this surgery. Dr. Skadron went out of his way to schedule the surgery right away. His deep caring compassion and love of animals is very evident. Every Dr. and staff member I dealt with were caring and very knowledgeable.

We are first time dog owners and we took our puppy in for his first puppy visit. The vet was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions and even some that we didnt think to ask. She was really good with our dog and before he realized what happened, he had his shot, bordetella, temp taken and nails clipped. Overall the experience was great for us and for our puppy.

Absolutely LOVE this animal hospital. Dr. Skadron is a great person. Remembers people, their pets, their problems, everything. They are also really amazing at arranging prices with you so you dont go broke trying to get pet to feel better. Made the mistake of going to another vet once in an emergency and I can assure that Im never doing that again. I definitely recommend Skadron.

Dr. Tom and his staff are the most professional and loving team you could ask for in a vet. Tom treated Deuceie like she was his own... From kissing her belly as a puppy to her very last moment there is no way another vet could care more than Tom. There is no other vet in the world I would go to.

I will never bring my dog there again. There is a VERY rude woman staff member that they should fire. They charge to much for there services and keep adding more things on to your bill.. I just wish I would of stuck with Inver Grove Pet Clinic. I will be bring my dog there from now on.

These guys are the best! Dr. Tom takes care of my pekingese Emmitt and makes me feel as if he loves him as much as I do! Dr. Terri gives Emmitt acupuncture and has helped him so much! We wouldnt go anywhere else!
