Doctor is great there; however... I was there last year (Feb 2014), they charged me full price for an eye exam and later insurance paid for it. I called and they "started working" on the refund. I talked to several people within few weeks then, they assured me it will take some time, but that I will get the check in the mail within 3 months (!). Three months later I called to remind than that I didnt get anything yet. They "started working " on it again. Months later, no check still. I called again last month (one year after my original visit), they "were looking into it" again and expediting it and promised to get back with me within a week. That was three weeks ago... No one called back. I called today and was told to call another number. No one answers there... Either way, the worst experience in my life time Ive ever had. Never thought it would a year+ to get a refund. At this point, it looks like I will never get it back. Again, their doctor was great. Front desk, accounting, admin, etc the worst Ive ever came accross...
