Extremely High Level of Customer Service. I have been going to Precise Eyecare for 3+ years and I would like to extend my highest recommendation for them. I have what most people would say "special eyes". I have been wearing contacts since the fourth grade and glasses since I was two. I had been going to the same doctor my whole life and recently switched to Precise Eyecare because I felt as though my eyes were not being cared for properly. When I got there, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had told me I had been wearing the wrong contacts and they could potentially be harming my eyes. They have tried everything so far to make my eyes happy and that makes me happy! I wish I would have switched doctors sooner! I cant express how much I appreciate the level of care that I received concerning my vision. In my opinion the staff and doctors at the Precise Eyecare provide World Class patient care.

I had such a bad experience with these people I do not recommend this place to anyone I went in for an eye exam and I was not aware that my insurance also cover my Lents to my glasses this was something that, they did not inform me. They were trying to charge me for my lents and they also tried to charge my insurance for my lens. After speaking to the manager she was very rude over the phone and hanged up on me. She also lied to me about the Lents of my glasses to have me go pick them up. Dont go to this place. This place will try to milk your insurance as much as they can. If anything go to SAMs its a lot more better and if you want anything additional on lens is a lot more reasonable. This place is a dishonest clinic that will try to get you to pay even if it is not necessary and have your insurance pay too.

I have really enjoyed going to Precise Eyecare. The staff has been very nice to me. On my last two visits I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. It is very affordable there compared to the big named eyes stores such as leans crafters and such. When I had first went shopping around after an exam I went to a few big named optical places. They made getting eyeglasses feel like buying g a used car. Then I drove by Precise Eyecare on Airline and figured it would not hurt to go in. I did and they were affordable, nice, and a lot better than the big named places. This is my second year going back to Precise Eyecare and I have enjoyed it. Like I mentioned before the staff is very nice. They are very affordable and the wait was not long at all. The Doctor is very nice as well. I will defiantly see him again.

Highly recommend visiting this Optometry Office. I recently started reviewing more and more local business to support local entrepreneurs and business owners. This neighborhood doctors office is definitely up to date with technology when it comes to getting your eyes checked. Not only that but the customer service is outstanding! I have been a patient here 3 consecutive years. Once I ordered lenses for my sunglasses that I brought the frame for. I am such a online junkie so I usually order frames from the internet. But no matter what I still do my exam here and its more affordable than your typical chain. Veronica and Maria made booking my appointment and getting on and out very smooth. Dr. Bui is very informative and will answer any questions you have about your eyes. Great over all!!!

I recommend Precise Eyecare to anyone in the area who needs a good eye doctor. Dr. Bui and his assistant (Veronica) are extremely professional and will take very good care of you and your needs. They explain everything very well so that the customer knows exactly what is taking place. The other ladies who work there are all genuinely nice, kind, sweet and professional. They go above and beyond to make each person feel comfortable. They know the product well and they ensure that the customer gets the eye glasses that fits and satisfies them. The eye glass store is very nice, clean and neat. It is warm and has the feel of a family atmosphere. I drove 12 miles to get to Precise Eyecare and the drive was well worth it. I will certainly give them my business again. They earned it!

I had a bad experience with this clinic. I went in for an eye exam. The dr seemed distracted and the exam was hasty. The prescription was used for my new glasses and I set out for 6 months of travel. The glasses gave me a headache and I had to buy new ones to replace them on my trip. When I returned, I went back to the dr to see what the problem was. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the dr never even would see me. The receptionist made tree trips to the back, each time returning to tell me that there could be several things that could cause the problem, but taking the attitude that they accepted no responsibility. Terrible experience. I do not recommend this clinic.

Ive been a patient at Precise Eyecare for 3+ years and have never been more pleased with an Optometry practices professionalistm and attentiveness. Prior to being Dr. Buis patient, I was a patient at 3-4 other practices in the years before, but I didnt feel they cared about my personal vision needs. What keeps me coming back to Dr. Bui is that he is honest and does not recommend the service that is most profitable--rather, he advises me according to what best fits my needs as his patient. On top of that, his staff is patient and very friendly. I live/work about 30 minutes away, but a trip here is always worth it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bui and his staff!

Ive been seeing Dr. Thomas Bui since 2012 and every time I have come in his office in have been treated as if I where the only patient in the room. The office staff treats me/us (patients) with the utmost respect always willing to listen, theyre always very caring and they show true professionalism. Im usually taken care of by Margarita who is very professional and very caring. I would recommend anyone and everyone to go and see Dr. Bui and his office staff if you want to be taken care of and treated with care and professionalism. They are a FIVE STAR Optometry Office. Ive been coming here with my elderly father for the past 3 years and each time has been a wonderful experience. Friendly staff greets us warmly and remembers us by name each time. I appreciate how Dr. Bui is patient and thorough in explaining my fathers findings, treatments and takes the time to answer all our questions. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They also have a wide selection of frames with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend Precise to anyone who needs an eye exam or glasses.
