I had an appointment scheduled at 2:00pm. I arrived a few minutes late, but called well ahead of time. My son and I was checked in fairly quickly, however a whole hour went by and I only had one patient ahead of me. When Dr.Shah came out the first patients room you could hear remnants of conversation unrelated to medicine or treatment. It was like she was sitting in there talking and gossiping while other patients like myself were waiting. Im a busy, single full-time working mom and shouldnt have to wait a whole a hour to get a prescription and some cream. We have been going to her practice for 7 years. And over the years her practices customer service and morale have declined dramatically. What use to feel like a hometown practice, now feels like you or your child no longer matter. Ever year it gets worst and Im over it!

I am 35. Dr. Shah was my pediatrician when I was young and has been the pediatrician of both my children since they were born. She is through and she cares about her patients. I have and will continue to refer her to friends. One thing anyone needs to remember when looking at reviews on line... Generally, only unhappy people blog or what ever about their time. There are so many more happy people out there. In the world of medicine we have to be active participants in our healthcare. If you disagree with a diagnosis, get a second opinion. But dont take any nay sayers word as gospel.

Im in my late 20s now but still remember how much I disliked this office as a teenager. Thanks to a misdiagnosis and subsequent treatment, Im now allergic to penicillin. When I complained of consistent migraines, Dr. Shah referenced my high academic performance in school and said that smart kids get headaches. Really.

Both my kids went there and even though i moved little far from that clinic me and my wife still taking my kids to that Clinic, Dr Shah is the Best i can say!!
