Today 1/5/15 I called my sons pediatricians office to find out why his prescription had not been filled. Yes the nurse called me and informed me there was a problem, and gave me the option of driving at least 25 minutes to a pharmacy to pick it up because our pharmacy was no longer able to fill it. She also said she would contact the insurance company again and then call me back to let me know what they said. I never received another phone call which led me to call them this morning. So I call and I am speaking to a very nice young lady who is attempting to help me, when nurse Dorothy gets on the phone and begins speaking very rude and condescending to me, all I was trying to do was get my sons medicine. It makes no sense for me to drive 25 minutes across town when our pharmacy is right by our house. I chose to have the doctor change his medication not only because then we could pick it up at our pharmacy but also because he was having issues with his medicine in the first place. Dorothy screamed doctor she said to change his meds because she doesnt want to drive. Then she says you will still have to come pick up the new prescription. That I am fine with because it is a one time thing, but driving all the way across town every time he needs it filled is ridiculous, I feel very disrespected we have been patients there for years and I have never been made to feel this way. I felt like I had to share.

I have been taking my daughter Eva Sofia Vargas to this doctor for a year. Since the moment she was born, and every time she has needed anything I have made Dr. Goldberg my priority doctor. When by a mistake by the Gas Company my gas was disconnected, I needed the doctor to send information about how my daughters health can be worsen by the fact that not being able to give her warm baths to help reduce the mucus and flems from her chest after the nebulator is used as he prescribed, and he did not care to send the fax. Having to warm up water to give her baths and exposing her to the cold may cause her condition to worsen and you would imagine that her doctor would care about her health, but today it was evident that she is just another number in his consultory. I guess if you want just a pediatrician that treats your kids and that is all he is a good doctor to use. But if you want a pediatrician that sees your kids not just as another check, but as his patients for whom he may ensure their well being is always good this is NOT the treatment you will expect from this pediatrician.

Im never bringing my children here again! I often feel rushed and needs neglected whenever we come...my son contracted a ringworm in his head and Dr. Chen (I think that is how you spell his name) whom is not our normal pediatrician told me to buy an over the counter cream for it KNOWING that this would not cure my sons head smh this was weeks ago and that Dr visit cost me $65....I just paid another $65 office visit yesterday just for them to prescribe me over $250 worth of antibiotics AND assured me that it would take weeks to go away WHEN WE WERE JUST THERE WEEKS AGO AND THEY DIDNT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT!!!! As a single mother, I try my hardest to keep my kids up to date on all of their health needs and I thank God that I have a job that supports that... but Pediatric Heath Center of Conyers has took their last dollar from me!!!! The only reason I gave this place a star is because I had to in order to post this smh...This is beyond unacceptable and I will definitely be looking for somewhere else to take my children.

My name is Jan Maxwell, I have been taking my daughter, Anna to Pediatric Health Center of Conyers for nine years will be March of 2015. Anytime of the day or night I need to speak with a nurse or a doctor they are always there to talk with me and guide me in what I need to do for my child. The doctors at Pediatric Health Center cares and loves their patients and always looks out for their best interest in getting her better. The staff will work with you and explain in detail what your insurance will pay and not pay. The office is a warm caring place. I have not found no other doctor that cares for my daughter like Pediatric Health Center. I highly recommend anyone to try these doctors out and you will see how much they care and love your child. I give 5 stars plus for the hard work and the determination that give to their patients. I love them all. Jan Maxwell

We called to setup a regular checkup for our 8 yrs. old boy since we are new customers and our kid is 8 yrs. old they did not accepted him. We are used to visit local pediatricians only due to transportation, our last pediatrician moved out of our local area, therefore we called the closest one we found on google, which happens to be this one. We were not admitted. I want to point out when we first moved to Conyers from Florida back on 2009, we visited this place first, and for some reason we were denied also. At this point I want to believe they have problems with Hispanic community, since I have not seeing any Hispanic at the waiting room. Its sad but I noticed some kind of discrimination, it should not happen on supposedly people with education.

We have been seeing Dr. Goldberg and his team since 2008. We could not be more pleased with the care they have provided to our three children. Our biggest concern was finding a group who truly cares about the well-being of our kids, and that is exactly what weve gotten from Pediatric Health Center. From simple checkups to ear infections to more serious issues, we have always received the most thorough attention and care I could imagine. Dr. Goldberg is patient and willing to explain and answer any questions we have. We have never had any doubt that Dr. Goldberg and his team truly care about our childrens health. Highly recommended.

For 15+ years these health care professionals have been our 4 kids primary physicians. Seeing them through countless physicals, medical conditions, etc,, always with excellent results. Starting with working with us on simply scheduling our tribe, which is no easy feat, in for necessary check ups and spur of the moment appointments. Through the paperwork for insurance, school, and after school activities, these folks have been ultra professional and accommodating. Our oldest just turned 18 and I know he will have a hard time finding the adult version replacement of this very caring and qualified childrens health organization.

My family and I go to the Dunwoody office. I love Dr Karsh and Dr Goldberg. Dr Karsh always knows how to make me feel at ease as a new mom and she knows how to make my lil one smile everytime! Carla at the front desk always handles my needs for my family effeciently! She is constantly smiling and making my husband and I laugh with office humor. The nurse Lauren makes sure our boys have exactly what they need and makes them feel comfortable. I found this pedicatrican office via Google and I am sooo pleased with the service thus far. Thank you and keep up the great work team!!! Sincerly, The Sanders :)
