Ive been going to Doctor Harrison for a long time and never had any problems. But recently got really sick and had to go in, hadnt been there in awhile and was told Im a new patient now and because I didnt have my insurance card on me he wouldnt see me? I figured after 8 or 10 years of going there they would have my info, I have some of the best insurance there is and he always got paid, but I guess if your not a money making patient that goes in there all the time you just get pushed to the side! Ive referred alot of people to him because I thought he was a good doctor but things have changed there the women at the front are no help, if its not a simple matter of putting your name on a sticker and sending you to the back they dont want to deal with it. Thanks doc. I guess Ill just have to deal with being sick!

I drove an hour to get to the doctor, and I waited an hour to see the doctor. I understand I didnt have an apt, so that was fine.. I broke my toe, it shouldnt matter how it happend, I have insurance, and they would have been paid for seeing me! They say it should be under workers comp..so they wont see me..lol. im not going through workers comp, so what if it happend at work..what does it matter to you?! what a joke! P.S. you dont have to Bill through a comp case, if one isnt open!!!! I just talked to a Secretary at my NEW Dr office!

Great staff and great doctor! Dr. Harrison actually listens to you and gets you the best results possible. I recommend him and his office to all my friends who are looking for a new doctor. I have yet to have any problems and am always greeted by name at the front desk, I dont even have to sign in and have only been a patient for about 3 years.

Front desk lady is terrible and rude .. scheduled 2 month down the road for a simple stomach problem. just call someone else they dont know what there doing. (jenny griffin was the lady speaking unless she lied about that too.) just terrible.

Good, knowledgeable, and thorough. Doesnt rush, but listens carefully!! Very hard to get an appointment, but worth the wait! He comes highly recommended by other medical staff.
