I switched to this office last year when I was having medical issues that my original primary didnt seem to take seriously. Ive been nothing but happy with them! The entire staff is friendly and the NP and Dr have taken everything Ive ever said seriously and have looked into anything Ive mentioned. They have immediately reported all test results to me areferred me out to appropriate specialists.Theyre compassionate and Im for the first time comfortable with how my health is being handled. My husband is switching to this office as well .Highly recommend.

I switched to Dr. Benfords office a few years back and I have been VERY pleased with the service her and her staff provide. She understands the meaning of customer service, unlike many others in the healthcare profession. She listens, she has excellent means to share information, and everyone in her office is just pleasant to work with. Now only if I could find a different hospital other than Genesys.
