For months and months i have awaited my appointment finally it was here i was happy. I was finally going to see what was really going on with me why there is inflmation in my body why my blood work wbc and rbc is crazy why my hands and feet turn purple and stiff i had hope. Until i cancelled my appointment we found out my husband had blood clots in his legs. So i pushed my pain aside SINCE it was an urgent and serious matter. I called and cancelled my appointment. However i called to reschedule was greeted with a snobby unprofessional woman whom said i was a no show. I begged to differ i asked to speak to the Dr. Hersrlf she was out of town....ok MANAGER then. NADA...although before she let me go she stated more like with a grin on her face IF THEY DID which they wpuld more than likely not Id have to wait until September no phone calls from the management i get a voice mail from the same woman who said she talked to management. I cannot be seen. I called BACK today got switched to the same woman her manager isnt in. Today....ok then i wish to SPEAK to the doctor as i asked the first time. With patients. I understand shes busy however. Where is the COMPASSION is the doctor the same as her staff or is she left in the dark??? Lets see what the doctor says or management did the doctor even knew i called that day last week i wanted to SPEAK with her then...was she informed???? Its the doctors choice ... We will shall see....i will update tomorrow

Waited 2 hours to get called from the lobby and my prescription was up almost 2 months ago, 6 calls and an appointment later, still forgetting to refill it....
