My first impression of Dr. Tyler was that she seemed like a thorough and caring health care professional. Apparently I may have jumped the gun on PROFESSIONAL. The day of my second appointment, me as well as many other patients were stunned to show up to our scheduled appointments only to find she had quit the practice that morning leaving her staff, patients and myself with no Dr. I would say it is safe to say like myself, many of her patients are not Drs nor can they afford to waste time and money on a so called PROFESSIONAL who obviously could care less about the people she is supposed to be treating. Now I do not know the details of the situation other than that but, I do know she should not screw people around like that. I personally missed work to keep this appointment as well as traveled 40 minutes to be there. The least she could have done is give everyone a heads up. Maybe she should go back to school and get more training in the Professionalism aspect of her chosen career. I will not be seeing her again nor do I recommend anyone else should either. Wish I could leave zero stars because that is what she truly deserves.

Dr. Tyler was one of the worst, most apathetic doctors I have ever been to in my life. For several of my issues she made ridiculous suggestions that made no sense for a healthy 23 year old woman. She was ready to push heavy meds rather than really looking into what my issues were because it was easier for her. I went to another doctor for a second opinion and there were several other options for me before we would even think about the heavy medications and actually the first one we tried worked! Secondly I asked about allergies since I kept getting sinus infections and she suggested i do an allergy panel. So we did, but what she failed to mention was that my insurance would not cover it and it cost me $900.00 out of pocket. I tried to talk to the billing department at her office and no one would speak to me and further no one EVER called me back.

BEST doctor there is! Very attentive and has a genuine approach to patient care. Her intelligence is aparent from the first appointment, which I believe shows she does what she does because, not only is she meant to, but she enjoys it as well.THAT, unfortunately, is hard to find anymore. Her staff is also attentive and VERY helpful. They make you feel not only like a valued patient but almost like a friend, while still maintaining the needed level of professionalism. ** The entire practice is top notch and, in my opinion, incomparable to any other. I requested my medical records 2 months ago, in writing. She refuses to release them to me, give me the name of the company they will be coming from, give me an answer as to how long i will have to wait, nor will she even so much as respond to my request. This is a viation of HIPPA law, and is a downright despicable act. What is she trying to hide, it makes one wonder
