I have been to many doctors in my life and Dr. Song Na and his staff are much different than the rest. Dr. Na may come off very serious but that is his concern for your care, he takes your treatment seriously and truly cares about your health. I have seen to many doctors that are doing their practice to make money and thats it. Dr Na is much different in that he is more concerned with your care than money. I am self pay and cannot afford large doctors bills. His office works with me on a payment plan for a balance i had from a small procedure and i pay cash for each office visit which is cheaper than paying for health insurance for me. All other doctors offices that I have used charge me hundreds per visit and they usually just refer me to someone else. Dr. Na is very very reasonable on self pay patients( usually about 100$ for a visit compared to the usual 350$ i see everywhere else!!) . Dr. Na is someone I trust to cut open my thumb on the spot to remove a cyst and someone I trust to help me with my hormone imbalances. Many other doctors have brushed off my problems but Dr. Na has taken my problems as his own to solve them and he does a fantastic job doing so. I will not use any other doctor for my medical needs, he even recommended me to a fantastic back doctor (Dr. Steve Crider) who I have been seeing since 2013. Dr. Nas recommendations are just as good as his care, I have confidence in Dr.Na and all of his medical recommendations, I strongly suggest you use him for your familys needs! He is also very educated and he shares his knowledge with you and makes sure you understand what your diagnosis and treatment plan is....Superb, honest healthcare like it should be in the U.S.A.!!!

Has been my primary Dr. For several years. I try not to visit a Dr. Unless Im very sick or ill. Seems these days they would rather keep you coming back so they can bill your insurance than help you get better the first visit... will never go back again. Whatever happened to the good ol days where Dr. s cared if you get better??? Nowadays its a $$$$ thing.

This office has the best nurses out of any office Ive ever been too but Dr. Song Na is not the best doctor. If you want to find out information that you already know then hes your man. Maybe Id appreciate him a little more if he didnt see me for a max of 2 mins and pass me on to someone else. Clearly more worried about his check than his paitients.

Dr. Na is great doctor, but the practice and the way it is ran is crap! Every time I go in I never get to see him. It is always some other doctor, or nurse practitioner. They will leave you waiting in a exam room for a hour after your appointment time. I feel like doctors today do not care about their patients. I will not be coming back here.
