Dr. Stoker was my doctor for 35 years. The wait wasnt bad like this in the beginning, but it has gotten so bad over the years that I did consider going somewhere else. I really didnt want to switch to a new doctor, so I started making my appointments first thing in the morning, and the wait wasnt bad if you were one of the first to be seen. So thats what Ive done for the last several years. Now that Dr. Stoker has retired, I did go somewhere else. I found Dr. Jane Johnson, who used to be with Dr. Stoker for a few years, and Im super happy with her! I wish Dr. Stoker the best in his retirement, he was a really great doctor! The office staff did leave a lot to be desired, and yes sometimes downright rude at times. But hes a great doctor! And so is Dr. Johnson! Dr. O is nice, and I did go to him a few times, but after being diagnosed with various things, he didnt really treat them properly. I wont go back to him.

Wait times before and after entering an exam room were ridiculous! Most office staff have shown me an indifferent attitude, usually saying they will have to call me back with answers, then sometimes drop the ball completely. Signs posted around the office are rudely worded, with poor grammar and spelling. Dr. O seems knowledgeable enough but I thought I received more responsive care and more concern from Dr. Jones and the other part-time Doctor that is there on Wednesdays. Have been going here one year, mostly because I need referrals to specialists who can possibly help, and havent been able to find anyone better yet locally.

This place sucks.........waited three hours and still didnt see the doctor. The seats are stained along with the carpet. Seeing how dirty this establishment is would worry me. 3 others walked out with me. I will never be back. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

I really like Dr. O, but the workers always seem overwhelmed and understaffed. They are polite, but you can tell they are in over the heads. They also have never given me any blood test results, despite me requesting them. I only go back because I think Dr. O is good.

There is always a long wait. They refferred us to a doctor that was 25 miles away, does not accept our insurance, and then refused to send the referral needed the day of the appoint at this other doctors office while we werr waiting to be seen by that doctor.

Worst Dr I have ever been to. I waited over 3 hours to not be seen. When I complained to the office manager she said thats just how it is. She then proceeded to tell me they won Dr of the year from the SCACC which was untrue. They also false advertise!

Dr. O takes great pride in giving you the best medical care possible. Sometimes you may have to wait awhile to see a great Doctor though. Sometimes they can get you in same day, and they do accept walk-ins.
