The woman that answers the phone and does the scheduling will loose this practice business. I called as a new patient to make an appointment and she said, "Ya know, this isnt a walk in clinic." ??? OK? I never stated, nor thought that it was? I just moved to the area and was refered here by my sister that loves the doctor. I waited a week to be accepted as a new patient and she called back and was rude AGAIN. I ultimately decided to go elsewhere.

My family and I have been going here for several years, until recently when I lost my job, my 1-year old daughter went on Medicaid. Once on Medicaid, she needed to be seen with an issue, but was treated extremely poorly by the staff, and denied to be seen because she was on Medicaid. The Family in the name should be changed to Parkway People with Good Insurance Medicine. We will not being going back to this hateful group of people.
