I have been taking my daughter here since birth almost 5 years ago. Dr. Overcash & Dr. Wilkiemeyer are two of the nicest, most kind, compassionate ladies and doctors I have ever met. We are SO thankful to have them on "our team". Our daughter was born with Cystic Fibrosis and sees a specialist every quarter. It is nice to be able to bounce their treatments/ideas off Dr. Overcash to have a way to make sure we are doing what is best for our daughter & not simply what is best for CF care team. We are about to have a second child and I plan to take it to All About Kids from birth till age 18 just like my daughter. Now, Cheryl, the former front office manager, she was harsh. Rude, mean, uncompassionate, etc. They got rid of her (thank god) and the new front office ladies and nurses are super super nice, friendly, compassionate, dont judge you, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Please dont judge this practice by the few people who had bad experiences with former nursing and front office staff. Dr. Overcash takes pride in her work and in her business and has taken the appropriate steps to take care of the problems at her practice. Give them a shot at least once and I promise that as long as you are a caring, compassionate person that is not rude, hard to deal with or pushy, then they wont be either. You never hear how the person writing the bad review acted, only how the staff responded. If you are rude then they will be rude. Its a simple human fact. Its not like you have to sign a contract with them. If you dont like your first visit then go somewhere else! Its not like there is only one pediatrician on your insurance. You have choices. Find the doctor that fits your lifestyle and your family. That makes a world of difference. Dr. Overcash & Dr. Wilkiemeyer, you gals rock and we are SO THANKFUL to have you!!

I have been coming to All about Kids for 3 years now for both of my kids (newborn to toddler) and I have to say this is the best pediatrician office Ive ever been to. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone is professional and caring. They have you and your childs interest in mind. Dr. Overcash is the best physician Ive ever met. She takes time to counsel you and answer all your questions. She is not only patient and sweet, but also a brilliant physician. She cites the most recent studies on the treatment guidelines. My kids love her. She really takes time and listens to all your concerns. I remember my daughters first visit was an hour long! Ive never spent an entire hour with any physician. I remember my own pediatrician growing up who only spent 5-10 minutes with me. Dr. Overcash and all the other physicians spend a lot of time with every patient, and to me this is the most important thing when it comes to patient care! I am saddened by some of the reviews here on Google. Most of the reviews were about a few of the staff members/front desk people who no longer work there. It is a friendly, clean office. You wont be disappointed by coming to this office. I will give it 10 stars if I could!

I saw Dr. Jill for the first year with my 1st son and after moving and attempting to find another pediatrician I am now going to make the 2 hour drive to continue seeing Dr. Jill. She is the most thorough, genuinely concerned, Dr. and the only Dr. Ive ever used who will actually give you an opinion along with the facts. She helped us through a couple of issues without jumping to put my son on medication which was important to me. She also left the VACCINATING up to us as parents and provided plenty of information and suggested reading for us to make the most informed decisions. No peds where I live now will let you in their office without vaccinating! She was very pro-BREASTFEEDING and helped me through that successfully! I also really liked the fact that she asked lots of questions and got to know my son rather than just treating symptoms... As for the comments i read about office staff, I always LOVED the lady at the front desk and when their nurse came to work with them she was phenomenal and i spoke to her on the phone more than once and was very happy with her advice and direction. Ive referred 2 friends with newborns here and they both are seeing Dr. Jill now!

We were going to change to this practice from the nightmare of Gwinnett Pediatrics- Before the entry exam, we had to get our oldest of 2 daughters seen due to a constant battle of strep throat. We loved the Doctor, however they never called back with the results of the culture they had to take as they PROMISED to do. The next week we had the entry exam scheduled. We had back to back appointments for both the children to be seen. I arrived late (~15 minutes- we had an hour block scheduled) for the first appointment and the RUDE lady at the front desk insisted they discharge those late on their entry exams. I asked her if we needed to find another pediatrican and she gave the careless shrug.. With them not calling us back, and the attitude given, I feel like we got let out of another nightmare before we got in it.. We instantly fell in love with the doctor, however she REALLY NEEDS some NEW STAFF... NO FOLLOW THROUGH AND DOWNRIGHT RUDE.. NOT what we are looking for! Next please!

My newborn was misdiagnosed by this office and ended up being hospitalized and had emergency surgery. Dr. Overcash totally ignored and disregarded my complaints and insinuated that my son was spoiled when he cried (at 2 months old) throughout her entire examination due to sever pain. After being unsatisfied with the way Dr. Overcash handled the appointment I called back and was seen by Dr. Wilkiemeyer. She misdiagnosed him with a disorder that we saw a physical therapist for. The PT did not agree with this diagnosis so we ended up in Childrens Hospital ED after her was steadily declining. Overall the office and staff are nice but this office was not a good fit for our family. I felt like it would be hard trusting the doctors with my child care going forward. They are also extremely pushy on vaccines! I am not against vaccinating but when I told them my son was ill and that was ignored but a vaccine schedule is shoved down my throat it makes me wonder where the priorities are.

We seriously count All About Kids as one of the huge blessings in our lives. We saw Dr. Overcash for the first time in the hospital after delivery and have taken our almost one year old daughter to both Dr. Overcash and Dr. Wilkiemeyer for her well-baby visits ever since. We seriously cannot say enough about this practice. Our appointments are ALWAYS on time, we NEVER feel rushed, and both doctors are just wonderful. They care just as much about your babys happiness and skill development as their physical health and growth, and every single person on staff seems to truly care about each baby that comes into the office (Marthalicia is amazing!!!). They also have a 24 hour paging service, which we have used once - someone picked up the phone on the second ring and I got a call back from the doctor in less than five minutes. This kind of service on a Sunday at 4 am. THANK YOU All About Kids!
